Today I had a leak in my hot tub which I purchased from pacific spas a repair man named Darcy who called came over and fixed the leak within an hour.Now this is service I would recommend pacific spas in Edmonton any time.

I have been trying to by parts for my Pacific Spa hot tub for the past 6 months and cannot get a response from both Pacific Spa or Sunny Beach Pools. (both appear to be the same company now) Darcy, who was mentioned on an earlier review is no longer with the company. I have called the company and been asked to send the request for parts by email. I have emailed numerous times and only received one email back to ask if I was a previous customer. After my response no one has responded to my replies since. I have been patient and professional in all of my emails so I do not understand how this company can be this discourteous and inconsiderate. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

I own an older Pacific spa hot tub and was told by my towns hot tub store that I could no longer get parts. I went on line and found Pacific Spas in Alberta. Darcy Kemp was extremely helpful and not only got me the parts I needed but worked with me through e mails for a few days to make sure that we got the right parts. The customer service I received was outstanding and I plan to do business with this company regularly in the future.

If you are looking for a real service orientated company, Pacific Hot Tubs is the place. Walked in, sales person asked me what I was looking for and guided me through a wide array of possible products. Answered all my questions and got me the right hot tub. Thanks Pacific!
