I had waited for a new kitchen for 37 years. I chose Olympic because my designer had worked with it before and the price was a bit lower than another quote we had obtained, although the wait was longer than I had anticipated. But the cabinets were ready in the specified time. Installation went smoothly imperfections were immediately taken care of. Louis was fabulous and worked with my designer to make the kitchen functional and beautiful he referred us products and hardware that added to the functionality of the room. The kitchen is so beautiful I even enjoy cleaning up and doing dishes.

Our kitchen renovation was done in tandem by three companies: our designer, Brenda Lee Kearns our primary contractor, Mike Tafts of G. Pederson and Associates and Louie Katsis of Olympic Kitchens. The process was superbly orchestrated, with the various trades in and out like clockwork, never tripping over each other, and never standing around aimlessly. When the cupboards were completed early, the schedule was revised to meet the new date and work started within days. The actual cupboards were completely installed within three days. They are beautiful examples of old-world craftsmanship. Louie Katsis was courteous, and knowledgeable, offered relevant suggestions, and was attentive to all requests, no matter how minute. His installers were equally expert, and took great pride in their work. The quality is superb and the pricing was most fair. They even cleaned, swept (and vacuumed if necessary!) at the end of each day! Glitches were immediately addressed and rectified. The whole process took much less time than expected, and our new kitchen speaks to their work ethic. I can, therefore, highly recommend our designer, our contractor and especially, Louie Katsis of Olympic Kitchens.

We built a new kitchen as part of our home renovation last year. We chose Olympic Kitchens because we had little experience, and the designer we worked with at Olympic, Louis, gave us confidence as well as great ideas. He was patient and reworked our designs many times. When he came to measure the space and found we had more room to work with, he made additional changes with ease. He also helped us design a lighting plan. The kitchen was installed within 10 days of the original estimated date. When we had concerns about imperfections on a few of the cabinet doors, the production manager came to inspect, and within days took the doors back, corrected the problem, and had them back to us within a week. Our kitchen, which is the hub of the house, is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. The experience from start to finish was great!

Love everything. Louie and Patricia worked hard to get me the right designs for my semi in Riverdale. They were pleasant and professional to deal with and were on time. The agreed quote ended up being my final bill. They had good ideas - microwave drawer to go in kitchen Island and did a perfect job on hiding ductwork with the Living room cabinetry. All in all a great experience.

We did a complete "condo tearout", All new flooring, interior walls, fixtures etc. Olympic helped design the kitchen and bathrooms.They were very compitent and have great colour sence. The finish on the cabinets is fantastic and when the unit to hold the wall oven and microwave didn't work properly they rebuilt it in their shop and installed the new unit no questions asked.Their installers were efficient, fast and tidy. We would certainly use them again!! The only problem is: they are so busy their lead times are a little long, but they arrive when they say they will!!! A BIG PLUS.

Olympic Kitchens renovated our kitchen from scratch. Louie spent countless extra hours to make sure that I was absolutely happy and satisfied with my decisions. Any problems were dealt with immediately with no endless chasing required. They also did our built ins for our office/den. We get so many compliments on them. The quality of their workmanship is second to none and I am an extremely demanding customer. I would highly recommend Olympic Kitchens for any custom cabinetry needs you may have.

This was a custom installation of office cabinetry into a very small space. The installation alone took a day with the installer paying close attention to detail. I am able to enjoy my office on a daily basis and have not had a single problem with the unit. I would use Olympic Kitchens again for any renovation I had planned.

the product is excellent, we got exactly what we were promised. and the work pre and post was very dependable and reliable. the price was average of all the quotes we had gotten, but we felt the most confidant with their service and product, and therefore, decided to pay the higher price.
