From the salesman who called to the men who installed the windows Consumers Choice did a wonderful job. Each member of the team we dealt with were polite and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves when the installation was finished. They were even able to install the windows weeks earlier than we expected. The sales representative was amazing, he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us add ons/extras. He didn't go to the most expensive doors he had but what was practical. The admin team kept in touch regarding measurements and installation. At time of installation the job was done well and fast. Customer service was amazing and everyone was super polite and answered our questions with ease. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

After I received my estimates from a few companies and after careful consideration I choose them to do the work. If you are thinking about replacement windows & doors for your house; it would be my recomendation to go with Consumers Choice. I used them about 2 years ago to replace my large dining room window and my kitchen window. I wanted to get them back to do the rest of the windows & patio door, so called them up for a quote. I also got a couple other quotes as well. It tirns out that one other company was a bit less expensive for the same type of windows. Because I wanted to use Consumers Choice again, I thought I would advise them of the other quote. They were more than happy to work with me on the price. They really do have a committment to customer satisfaction. Once the contract was signed, they came and final measured the windows and then called to arrange an installation date. They showed up when they said they would; took their shoes off in the house; used drop clothes to catch any debris; and completely cleaned up after themselves. This installation crew was top notch (and lucky for me - they were the same guys that had installed the dining room & kitchem window a couple years ago). I only WISH that I could caulk like these guys! Once they had finished & cleaned up, they took the time to show me how each different type of window worked as well. The whole installation went off without a hitch & the windows & patio door look great! I am sure that these new windows will make a big difference when the cold weather gets here. Again, if you want a great experience with new windows/doors; right from the salesman through installation - you won't be disappointed in Consumers Choice. I would gladly recomment them to my friends!

The buying and installation were done with the utmost professionalism, the salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy, the installer was pleasant and had 30 yrs experience, he did an exceptional job with which I a extremely pleased and it is a lovely product with a transferable warrenty. Altogether a pleasant experience.

The Company did well to manage and meet our expectations. The Sales Rep was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers worked at a good pace, were clean and courteous. The end product looks fantastic!
