We were very pleased with the quality of product and personel during our installation. The Installer (Philip)was very knowledgeable and professional, he took the time required to perfectly install our windows and doors. Post installation garbage was cleaned up quickly and kept to an organized minimum. The windows and doors look fantastic and we are extremely pleased with our installation. The only hiccup that we encountered was that our Salesman told us that the install should only take one day, but in reality when the installation was scheduled the timeframe was three days. This was a little stressful since both of us work full time and we would have had a difficult time to take last minute days off, however the company"s installation team was able to work with us to make the installation dates accomodate both parties

From the consultant to the men who did the installation through to the processing of payment there was nothing but excellent serrvice and good undeerstanding. I am happy with the work done and I would have no hesitation in you to friends and family and anyone who needs the services you offer.

I had 8 windows and one patio door installed. in February 2012. In Nov 2011 I had Mike Russo come in and gave us a quote. He was very polite and no pressure applied to purchase. The quote was a bit high for us however, we signed the contract and then cancelled it within the specified time. After careful consideration and other quotes plus consideration for the workmanship we realized that despite the price Consumers Choice provided better work etiquette and workmanship. Hence we went with Consumers Choice. The installers came to our home three times to makesure the measurements and work to be done around the windows/patio door were correct and they were prepared to do the install. In Feb 14 to 16, 2012 Dennis and Frank came and did the installation there were very meticulous in how they handle the installation. They gave us an update as they went along and no question was difficult to answer. They cleaned up at the end of the day. Both of them did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to recommend Consumers Choice. Job well done!! Thanks Dennis and Frank. P.S. the Staff at the office were very informative and polite.

Consumer's Choice installed a window in our kitchen. The installer's were professional and knowledgeable and came when they said they would. The salesperson was knowledgeable and accurate and helped us make the right choice in the type of window that wold best suit our needs and budget.

I recently had new windows installed by Consumers Choice and love them. The windows add value to my home and curve appeal. I had the sliders that tilt for cleaning installed and now my view is crystal clear. I will be calling Consumers Choice back to do my other windows.

"I have recently had my windows replaced by Consumers Choice Home Improvements. My installer Phil was quick, efficient and did a beautiful job. We performed an experiment where we tested the heat coming in a southern exposure window that was replace against a window that had not been replaced. The material on the chair felt very hot on the chair in front of the old window but the material on the chair in front of the new window was cool to the touch. This proves that the new windows offer a tremendous difference in the insulation factor saving us both with heating and cooling. I would refer Consumers Choice to all my friends and family."

Consumers Choice Home Improvements recently replaced 2 windows in my home. My sales rep Mike was always available to answer any questions and if he couldn’t he made sure the correct support staff called me back quickly. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and Phil my installer gave me a full demonstration on the operation on my new windows once the job was complete.
