crew arrived on time, installed 14 windows all on same day, very pleased,they cleaned up after, no mess was left, inside and outside look great, very professinal job, would recommend then to anyone, they put down drop cloths to protect our floors which we appreciated, 3 younger men and one older gentleman arrived to do the work and they all did a very good job, it also was a bitter cold day when we had the windows installed and they worked so fast in taking out our old windows and installing the new ones that our rooms in the house didn't even feel cold.

Door is beautiful and installer did an amazing job. However, the Salesman was not helpful and ignored me once my order was placed. After going out to look at the existing door and external shutters he wrote up the bill. I thought the price I was given included the shutters. It wasn't until the door was being installed (7+ weeks later) that I was advised the shutters were not on the order. It took 2+ weeks of calls to the salesman and customer service to have someone look in to it. The Shutters were finally ordered in September (and yes at an additional cost). I was told it would take two weeks. A month later I called and was advised the colour was out of stock (not a call to keep me updated). The shutters were finally installed in November. I think I was more than patient... what started on July 6th... should not have gone into November to be rectified. As mentioned... the door is beautiful but I am sure there are other companies out there with beautiful doors and better Customer Service.

The salesperson was polite, punctual, knowledgeable and really took his time to explain our options and the entire process. His down-to-earth, quiet approach made made us feel comfortable. The installer worked at a time comvenient to us and was and attentive to detail. When I pointed out that one window screen was too tight, he ordered a new one for us. Again, he was patient, polite and tidy. We honestly felt like these people cared!

When we initially contacted Consumers Choice windows we were just going to get our Bay window done but when Allan their sales representative was here we were very impressed by their windows so we got an estimate on our entire home and as a result booked to get our entire house new windows. A few short weeks later we got a call to book for the install of our new windows. Scott was very professional and detail oriented. He showed us how to use our windows and we are very pleased. Our windows look wonderful and our home is much warmer. We would certainly recommend Consumers Choice. Thanks!

Our home had been remodeled about five years ago. The contractor provided and installed a front entry door. We could feel cold air in the area. We were never satisfied with the front entry. I had three companies come to price this job. None could match the price point or service we received from Consumers Choice. The salesman was very knowledgeable, the installers were absolutely the best. They were in our home for two days .They were very tidy and respectful of our home . We hardly knew they were in and out of the house. I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them for any future work we may need . We feel we scored a ten on this work. The installers sealed the deal with their true artistry , installation of the door glass side panels , decorative glass panel over the door and the two windows were perfect. We have had so many compliments even from the mail man.

The employees from customers choice improvement were very professional,their work was clean and organized, from the beginning of meeting them to the end of contracting signing, i would recommend them to anyone that needs the same work done for their home.

I had a set of double doors on my home that were quite drafty, and as only one door opened anyway, I decided to replace with a single door, with two side inserts. The salesperson was veryhelpful in discussing options and all of the individuals who performed the work were courteous and efficient. I had one challenge related to the tax rebate as I had been told the tax would not appear on my bill, but when the installer came it was showing and I was being asked to wait for the reimbursement. This was a misunderstanding and the staff were able to rectify the situation quicly and without any hassle. Much appreciated! The installer also made recommmendations for me based on his observations on water damage and verified that my door was often in the direct path of rain. He has recommended some type of storm door, which I need to act on in the future. The quality of the work is high. I have noticed that a very small area of caulking has pulled away from the vinyl, but I've been lazy about calling this in. Perhaps they will read this review and contact me to come fix it...please! I highly recommend the company.
