My next-door neighbour had Darren and his crew at North Shore install new eavestroughs on her house a year ago. I met Darren and was impressed with his demeanour. And I watched with envy for the next few months as her eavestroughs were leak- and icicle-free -- while mine leaked like crazy and we had to knock the huge icicles off them in order to avoid injury. So this spring I got three estimates, Darren's was in the middle and his warranty period was good. And when his crew came and installed the eavestroughs two weeks ago I was super-satisfied, and Darren came and did a couple of little follow-up things for me. Now I love it when it rains, rather than dreading it, because the new eavestroughs work so well!They're consummate professionals and I highly recommend them.

Asked several companies to bid on the project, Northshore came out, gave a very reasonable quote, didn't try to up sell me on flashing or soffits, and were willing to negotiate...I didn't haggle over pennies, nor did they. Showed up on the day of, ready to go and were done in less than 3 hours. Worked safely, left no mess and were hard working. Glad we went with them. :)

North Shore evaluated a few problems with my existing eavestrough. They recommended and implemented a set of solutions. Everyone from the company I dealt with were professional and did a great job.

My experience with this company started with my meeting with Darren. His knowledge of his product which is excellent, combined with the detail answers to my questions assured me that any dealings I would have with his company would be very satisfying. Upon completion of the project which was which was done in a very professional way with his team the cleanup of the site was by far the best I have ever experienced. Needless to say, I am an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend North Shore Eavetroughing to anyone intrested in replacing their eavetroughs.

I had one of my eavestroughs pull out and fall during the last winter storm and decided to have my eavestroughs replaced. I found North Shore Eavestroughing through Home Stars and have nothing but good things to say about them. Darrin came over to work out and estimate and provide me with great advice as to reworking my downspouts to get one of them off the sewer system. He also helped with getting me the proper information to get an exemption from the city for the second downspout that couldn't be removed from the sewer. When the estimate came in I was so impressed I spoke with my next door neighbor (It's a semi Detached house) and they decided to get an estimate on their half of the house. Darrin and Laura were very helpful and patient with us in getting my neighbor's quote and coordinating the installation of both halves of the house at the same time. During the installation, the team was extremely professional and I got the impression that they really took their work seriously. At the end of the day Darrin even came and helped with the finishing touches. I would also like to mention that they warranty their workmanship for 10 years. I could go on but it is best that you visit their website and checkout some of the videos and reading material for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

We're very pleased with the work done by North Shore. They were great in helping us choose the right colour for our home. They arrived on time and were courteous, polite.and professional. Exceptional job. Professional and very dedicated to my satisfaction. They went over and above the work needed by providing extra supports for soffits (at their own expense). They checked site days after job was finished to ensure site was clean and work was done well. I very highly recommend them.

I found NorthShore after researching on Homestars and was impressed by the company’s reviews and awards. Ryan came out to assess the work to be done within a week of my call to the company. He was polite and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, made recommendations and walked us through what would be done. A written quote was given shortly after and we were told it was a fair price after some consult. Ryan and Tony came out on time to complete the work and did so efficiently in about two hours on a very cold, windy afternoon. There were no problems during the installation process. They removed the old eavestroughs to be discarded and did a thorough clean up of all debris – I was impressed. They were respectful and professional in their work. Laura was always friendly and timely in response. I was pleasantly surprised that I could pay the balance 3 days later due to the office closing that Friday afternoon. I would definitely recommend NorthShore to family and friends.
