I am happy with the job NewRidge ReFinishing did on my floors. I called Scott for a price and he gave me one over the phone and then had Brent stop by to comfrim it . Brent was very thorough on explaining the steps in doing the job and when he started the job he was here on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. My floors look great and i will recommend NewRidge to anyone that is looking to get there floors refinished. Thanks to NewRidge and Brent for a great job.

Overall, we are very pleased with the curteous staff, and a job well done! The floors came out better then I ever imagined! The floors we had were worn and needed minor repairs. We had our whole main floor done.

My recently purchased home was in desperate need of some repair, including the original hardwood. There was what appeared to be water damage, stains, scuffs, scratches and more. Scott and Brent from NewRidge came in, sanded the floors down, and stained them a nice walnut shade. Now they look brand new! The entire process was made very easy by NewRidge. They had great customer service and follow up. They charged me exactly as quoted with no negative surprise. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of some floor refinishing. My word of advice, if you are having your floors done be sure to air your house out immediately following the completion. There was a strong odor upon completion that stuck around for awhile. BUT , just a small price to pay for a fantastic job. Thanks guys! John in Hamilton

Great Job! When we hired them, we were going to do a poly coating on our floors but due to the high, commercial traffic, they suggested we do tung oil instead and it could be self-maintained in the years to come. They did the work exactly as they said they would and it was done on time...we're very happy with the work!

This was a great company, and I have recommended them to several people already. They were courteous, professional and helpful. They were very quick with a response when I requested a quote. My floor was 500 square feet.

William did a fantastic job, the floor looks awesome!!! The floors were about 1000 SF split between 2 different wood species birch and oak. William did a great job matching the colour of the stain between both wood species.

The floors look BRAND NEW and we couldn't be happier. I will certainly recommended your services for others and hopefully be able to subcontract you out to my customers. My wife's grandfather is actually looking to have his floors done. I will be in touch shortly with that info.

We had NewRidge refinish our wood flooring in a room 22x12. The price was a fraction of having them replaced. I was shocked at how little NewRidge charged. The job was done quickly with no mess or inconvenience. Heath was professional and very knowledgeable. Scott answered emails and any questions we had within minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone. Heath and Scott thank you for treating us like we were your only customers. Thank You Scott and Virginia

NewRidge Refinishing has a unique set up. Scott handles the electronic communication and Heath refinishes the floors. The estimates were very reasonable and the work was well done. They set up dates to match customer convenience and keep to these dates always communicating. They are very respectful of your need to be in your home. We were also able to preview some other work they had done prior to securing their services. Very pleased and they know their wood. I highly recommend NewRidge Refinishing if you have wood floors and want them refinished.

This is the second job that we have had NewRidge complete for us, and our experience with them only got better. Again their quote was on time and spec, they explained the difference in behavior of Maple (vs. Oak we had done previously) and that it would take the stain differently, but they did an excellent job of matching the earlier completed jobs tone and color. Again they took meticulous care with our house and property - dust and fumes were are concern for us with small children and pets, and Heath ensured our house was kept clean both during and after the process. We are again overjoyed with the final result - Heath and Scott take the time to listen and understand what it is we are trying to accomplish for the look and feel of our home, and make suggestions with that in mind.
