Tom was really helpful

Replaced Roof Tom and his crew replaced our leaking roof. They were really busy at the time, so Tom came by and did a temporary patch for us and then returned in the fall to replace everything. They were very speedy replacing everything in one day. They even brought in extra guys because it looked like it might rain. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom Geo Was Great

Strip Shingles & Install New Roof Tom Geo and his comppany Mega City Roofers have just finished re-roofing our house. We were sorry to say good-bye to Tom for he is an extremely courteous, pleasant and honest man to do business with. He also has a great sense of humour. His crew are great and easy to have around. The clean-up crew did a splendid job. The end result is a beautiful new roof. Thank you Tom for a really great job that was a happy experience for us.

MEGA CITY WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!

New Roof I just had my roof done a week ago and I am writing this review based on what I experienced from the day I called them to the day they completed the Roof.

First of all, I must say thanks to Tom who was able to fulfill my request to squeeze my repair asap seeing the condition it was in.
The previous owner had three shingles on the roof and the home inspector did not mention that to me.

He had his people earlier than scheduled and the work started non-stop and was completed as planned.

They were nice enough to remove the settelite dish that I was not using from the roof,took off the wires that was hanging from the roof,cleaned the driveway and left the place more cleaner than before they came.Tom was very kind to throw in a birdie on the roof and also put screening on the evestrough since he saw lots of leaves were gettng in there. I have never seen anyone offering additional services at no charge especially when we did not mention it, so this definetely shows that he is a kind of person that cares and treats you as a family.

Normally,with other roofers you do not see the boss at the site,maybe after the work to collect the bill but Tom was there almost throught the day monitoring the work.

I highly highly recommend anyone looking for a new roof or a roof repair or anything to do with the roof because he provides quality work, efficiency, great service and reasonable price.

Thanks Tom and the crew for the excellent work!! I will write my next review next year after winter.

Megacity sets the standard

Roof Replacement Its not a question if Tom and his crew are one of the best in the roofing game. (they are) Its a question of can they stay at the top. I can confirm they are in fine form indeed.
Megacity showed up the day they said they'd show up. They showed up early. And showed up to do an excellent job.
Even when their air compressor failed on them and they could not use their air framers the entire crew of 7-8 men got to work installing shingles by hand with hammers. They didn't slow down a bit and didn't miss a beat. A well oiled efficient machine sprang to mind as I watched them.
Tom and his guys have a positive attitude, take pride in their work and communicate well. If you have a problem Tom will go out of his way to make it right. Would not hesitate to use again.

new roof Tom was a great guy to deal with from the start. Very honest, friendly and trustworthy, always returned my calls quickly. His crew (also great guys) showed up right on time, were finished inside 8 hours and did a flawless job at a reasonable price. Save yourself time and energy and just go with Tom!

new roof Tom was very pleasant to deal with, and always got back to me on a timely basis, which is more than can be said for lots of other people who provide home repair and other such services. His work was done on time, as promised, and his pricing was competitive. I like the fact that Tom is actively involved in the actual work that is done. He was also very responsive when there were a couple of follow-up matters - he took care of everything promptly. He gives his jobs that 'personal touch' that seems to be missing from other companies.

Reliable and Outstanding Service

Roofing I had my roof done about 4 years ago along with 2 of my neighbours in Thornhill with Mega City. I was very impressed with Tom and his crew back then with the efficient way they replaced our shingles and the clean-up as well. After the horrible wind storm and heavy rain over a week ago, we noticed a couple of the shingles came off and were still on the roof. We called Tom on a Thursday night to inform him about the problem. He quickly came over the next morning to fix it and explained to us what happened. We appreciate the fact that he came over right away to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. This type of service is definitely commendable. His knowledge about the roofing business is second to none. I highly recommend Tom and Mega City to all my friends.
