We would like to thank Roy and Mayday for the prompt and excellent service that was provided with respect to our blocked drain. After speaking to Roy on the phone, he arrived promptly and assessed the situation with his modern equipment and located the root of our problem which was a broken pipe. He went above and beyond the requirements to complete the job, his fee was beyond reasonable and his service was outstanding. Not only did he rectify our drain blockage, he also arranged for the repair of the pipe and where some might leave the mess for you to clean, he didn’t. Roy, you are truly a gentleman and made a dire situation tolerable and thanks for sharing our anniversary with us. It truly was a memorable one. Victor and Viktor, we also thank you for your professionalism and impeccable workmanship. It truly was a pleasure meeting all of you. Mayday will always be recommended by us.

I really can't say more than "fabulous work guys"! Roy, Victor and Vicktor did a wonderful job replacing my damaged pipe (roots) and my new washroom rough-in. Roy examined the sewer pipes just to make sure that no other problems had arise since his last visit. He adviced me that I should call the city to take a look at a clog that I had at the city end and gave me the number to call ASAP He also mentioned about the tree root grant that the city offered and suggested that I get required permit in order to qualify for the rebate. I had worked done before by Mr.Rotor (breather pipe) at $1800 and was told later that I have another problem $1800 to repair a damage (collapse pipe) 4 feet away from the first repair. They wanted to charge me another $4200 to do the job that Roy and his friends did for less than half of that amount. I had Victor and Vicktor come couple of days after and ready to work. They unloaded their vehicle and placed all their materials at the side of the house. They got right to work and constantly kept on working till they exposed the section that had the tree root clog. It took them 1 1/2 days to finish everything and I really appreciated that they kept me informed of what was happening. after they finished pouring the cement, they tidy up after themselves and left the place as they found it... I would definitely call them again for any future troubles and I would definitely refer them to anyone that would like a reliable and honest service. Thank you guys for a wonderful and honest experience.

Roy and his colleagues took care of all the details, keeping me in the loop despite not being able to be there in person. They were extremely careful not to disturb any more than was absolutely necessary and finished the work in a timely professional manner. A bonus was Roy's bid was one of the lowest but the quality of work reflected excellence. I unequivocally recommend them.

Three great gentlemen (and they were 'gentlemen') just left my home. These three gentlemen did an absolutely fabulous job of replacing the 'breather' in my drainage system. After the recent torential downpour that we had, I came home to find water in my basement. I called the city who sent someone to look at the problem. The city person said that I now have to find a private company to come in and do the work. So, luckily, I went onto 'Homestars' and found MAYDAY DRAIN SERVICES. The owner, Roy, came out that same day to look at the problem and said he could do the job the next day. Well, today was the 'next' day and the job was done.....on time, professionally, skillfully. The three men who came were pleasant and got right to work. And, not only did they do a great job, but they cleaned up after themselves and left my property just as it had been before they came, minus the drainage problem!!! Our kitchen sink was clogged pretty badly. Decided to call Roy after trying various over the counter solutions with no success. Lucky for me Roy lives in the area and he was at my door within 15 minutes. Roy went right to work and cleared my kitchen drain with 15 to 20 minutes. We called Roto Rooter to fix a back up of sewage in our basement - they came out and told us we had to have over $8,000 worth of work or it would happen again! They said I had to replace the entire inside sewer line. I called Mayday for a second opinion. They came out the very next day, showed me what was really wrong - we only needed two repairs. So, we saved almost $7,000 and have no more sewage in our basement. I would definitely recommend Mayday
