    Knowledgeable plumber

The company has my condos maintenance contract, and a lot in the downtown area. I have dealt with this company for emergencies and non emergencies for 5 years now in my 30 yearold condos. Never been an issue, other than some nighttime emergencies having a premium (Which is cheaper than a home insurance claim).

Move a hot water radiator, install hot and cold water supply and drains to a new laundry areato new

I recommend without reservation, Master's Plumbing and John Tsuluhas, its owner. Master's fall about mid point on the $$$$ scale I think. They aren't cheap but there are those out there that will charge a hell of a lot more. They've done some fairly complicated work for us. They were two of them here for an entire day. I wish I had got their names but they didn't stop and then they were gone. The work they did was flawless and knowing something about plumbing myself, I have high standard. They were polite, worked without fuss and they cleaned up after themselves. When I went to the basement to look at their work, (I'm being perfectly honest here), I first had to find it because it was so well executed, it was practically camouflaged in the ceiling joists and wall studs. The other two plumbers who provided quotes on the job said it could not be done. It was then I noticed that they had replaced a leaking furnace shut off that I had not got around to taking care of. It was certainly not part of their scope of work. No charge. These guys are the real deal. Masters deserving of the title. Outstanding. Paul Vivian Paul

    replacing main trap, other work

John and Peter have always helped us promptly, effectively, and sometimes even for free (for small jobs). Some other companies expand their operations by employing multiple levels of subcontracters. Not these guys. Master's Plumbing seems relatively small, and they do virtually all the work themselves - they seem to care about their work and not just the profit. This season the main drain of our house became blocked, and another company we called in unfortunately charged us a lot of money without solving the drain problem. Master's Plumbing immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it right away (a big job) at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

    Plumbing Service

As Facilities Coordinator for a NFP, quality of work and cost are the main drivers of my decision to hire services. Master's Plumbing came to my attention through the recommendation of another not for profit. I have called them numerous times and they have never let me down, Arrive promptly, quality work and reasonable prices.

    Trap & faucet replacement

We had some small & non-urgent jobs (bathroom sink - replacing trap & faucet). John's a little taciturn on first acquaintance, but he was punctual to give the free estimate, quoted a reasonable price, came back when he said he would, and not only did the jobs but fixed up a few things we hadn't noticed. Especially since a guy from another company had given a higher estimate for doing just one of the jobs, it's nice to know that there are companies that don't rip off ignorant ladies, for small jobs or large. Will certainly call John again and happy to recommend him to others.

    plumbing repairs

John and Peter have been to my house twice to repair horrible ancient plumbing from years ago. Each time they have been quick to respond and efficiently brought the plumbing up to date. I really appreciated how they explained everything and were neat and tidy. They also helped me find someone to do the structural repairs for the old joists that had been hacked away at by previous contractors. When I'm ready to makeover the bathroom, Master's will be the ones I'll call.

    Replace cast iron sewer pipe

John and Peter were professional, timely and gave us a reasonable quote for replacing our cast-iron sewage stack. I would call the little guys like Master's Plumbing over larger plumbing companies every time.

    Repair Toilet Leak

Our toilet upstairs leaks through the ceiling down to the living room everytime when it is flushed. John came within an hour after we placed a call, diagnosed the problem right away and arranged Peter to come by and fix it within a couple of hours! We are very impressed with the service.

    Bathroom install and bathroom reno.

John came highly recommended - my real estate agent sang his praises when giving me John's phone number. She was right! I was very lucky to find John because he truly cares about the projects he takes on. We are currently involved in the 4th month of a massive home reno - and John has been with us every step of the way! In the planning stages, we decided to install a new 2-piece bathroom on the main floor (huge job) and expand our 2nd floor bathroom into the spare room next to it (another huge job). We needed to find the right company to handle this kind of job, so we got references (my agent), asked about licensing, made sure they had insurance and received a written quote (Mike Holmes would have been proud). It paid off because not only is John a talented plumber, he's been SO helpful with the rest of our reno. He helped me find other talented, caring contractors like himself to work with on the site. The best thing? When I made a mistake and hired the WRONG company to install a simple dishwasher, John came over IMMEDIATELY to help survey the damage. He fixed what the other company had ruined and I'll be forever grateful! Hire John and his crew at Master's Plumbing - you won't be disappointed! Nadia Pike Etobicoke
