I purchased door handles from Lee Valley tools and they were short the amount that I needed. The customer service girl worked her magic and pulled in handles from all over the place to fill the order. It was amazing and I would go back in a flash.

If you're looking for an odd tool, something different and unique, this is the place to go. The problem... they vibe in the store let's you know that. It always feel so high strung in there, so quiet, people shuffling through catalogs, no one really walks the floor to help you out. Then there's the very annoying ticket system where you wait for your number to be called. Looking for a knick knack... this is your place.. just don't expect a friendly helpful staff to go with it.

Lee Valley is a great place for artist and woodworker! it has a lot of gadget, tools that are very specialized and innovative. Their price is just OK, but the tools they sell are of good quality. I enjoy checking out their catelogue and their store for new product. Highly recommended!

Lee Valley is a special store that helps to find right tools and materials for wood restoration jobs. I found a very good quality glue, screws and tools in this store. The store staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

This store has the most innovative products. They stock unusual & hard to find items. The quality is always good & the service is impeccable. I particularly like the range of gardening tools & products. The hanging shelf brackets I bought were terrific. They were strong, simple, space-saving & you didn't have to attach them to a wall.

i purchased sliding drawers from lee valley and they helped make sure i had the correct size. they also provided sugestions how how i should customize it. it really helped with organize my space more effectively. they provided excellent customer service and i will call them again.

Lee Valley's staff are very helpful. They allowed us to purchase more than what we needed and then return them when we decide what we are wanting. I have purchased a number of technical guides from them for my projects.
