our older home needed to have an upgrade. We interviewed 4 different contractors and went with Le Donne. Great communication, everything was on time, and our kitchen looks great. Nick was patient, and the his tradesmen were too.

Our experience with Nick was great from start to finish. Our job was on time, on budget and completed to our satisfaction. Along the way, Nick often made significant improvements to our current plans (drawn up by an independent architect), and his suggestions were always within our best interest. Our experience has taught us that there will ALWAYS be problems, mis-communications, and unexpected hurdles, but the key to a 10/10 is how they're dealt with, and Nick was always availalble and engaged in solving any problem that came up. Also, his trades were for the most part fantastic, always taking into consideration our neighbours and maintaining a clean work site. I recommend LeDonne without hesitation to anyone undertaking a large-scale project like ours.

We were very nervous about putting an addtion on our home. Nick's professional but friendly approach put us at ease right away. The trades he subcontracted did the work on time and Nick was diligent about ensuring that the work was done riight. In fact, we would even see him get involved to help move the job along. The addition put on has given us a brand new home. Many of our friends have gone to Nick after seeing that he was able to do for us. We would recommend Le Donne Construction for any and all of your home needs. He has not only proven to be a knowledgable contractors, but he is realiable, trustworthy and very approachable. He understands how important the job is to you.

We added a 3rd floor to house in the North Toronto area. The project was done AHEAD of schedule, on budget and to our satisfaction on the quality. We recommend this company.

The project turned out great and we are very happy. There were a few unexpected "existing conditions" that Nick was able to adapt to quite quickly. His trades all did high quality work. His site superintendent was conscientious and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend Le Donne to anyone.

Building your dream home from scratch is a large undertaking, and you really need to have a contractor you can trust. You rely on the contractor to finish the job on time and on budget, and to employ tradespeople who know their craft. Nick LeDonne and his company delivered on every front. Nick is professional, approachable and very reasonable to deal with. He works well with architects and designers, and also provides his own suggestions to help improve the final product. I would recommend him to anyone seeking new construction or renovation work. If you use Nick, you can relax in the knowledge that your job will be completed exactly according to your vision.

Nick did our complete home / build from start to finish over 15 months. It was a new process for us, and he and his company made the project a lot less stressful. We ended up with a beautiful home. Nick was very responsive and when issues and stressful situations came up he was always there to manage through them. There were no major surprises throughout the year plus. We ended up getting into the house before Christmas which was a bonus. Any of the delays were due to weather and approvals from the city. Most of his trades were good and reliable - which is unusual. And Nick managed them very well.
