Phoned this company because of the good reviews. Garnett came to repair our dishwasher. Came an hour after I called. Amazing. He really knew his stuff. Excellent repairman and pleasant person. Highly recommended! Am very pleased with the quality of the service and reasonable repair cost. Would definitely use them again.

There is only one word for Garnet. AMAZING!!! He was not only on time, but a bit early. He confirmed the night before. He came with all necessary parts for what may be wrong. He worked in a horribly tight, hot and dusty space without a single complaint. He fully explained what was broken, how he repaired it and gave me preventative measures. He works clean and is very, very polite and an incredibly hard worker and nice guy. His price was shockingly reasonable.

Garnet fixed a leak from my less- than- two- year -old Whirlpool fridge. Ridiculous design made his work physically very uncomfortable... yet the patience of Job got him through it. Turns out to be a flaw in the design of a very small rubber drain piece. I will be writing to Whirlpool once I determine where I can actually find someone in North America to hear the complaints. Insofar as Garnet and his Lazer repair company are concerned... outstanding, personable and informative service. He explained the source of the problem and I was able to see first hand the design flaws in my Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. 11/10

Garnet was fast, cheerful, and very helpful. He diagnosed our problem in about 5 minutes from taking his shoes off. He had our best interest in mind and I would recommend him to anyone for appliance repair. Thx Garnet.

This was the second time I've had to call Garnet-- I called last year when my dishwasher broke. He was great both times. Fast, friendly, courteous and cheerful. Garnet was here this morning at 10am sharp and fixed our broken down dryer in under 30 minutes. Did a thorough job and was the nicest guy! We called him yesterday about the problem. Nice quick response and repair! Highly recommend!

I called first thing in the morning with 12yr old fridge not running, Garnet was there by 11am as he promised, diagnosed problem, went to supplier for parts ,replaced defrost sensor and thermostat, and was done by 2. excellent!
