Just received by mail order from Kitchen Stuff Plus and could not be more pleased! Everything ordered came in one shipment....everything in good working order! Highly recommend this on-line way of getting the stuff I can't buy in store because there is not one close enough!

Having one fabulous Henckles Twinsharp knife sharpener, we wanted another one and ordered it from Kitchen Stuff Plus. The one sent us didn't work, so we sent it back. Daryl Katzenburg wrote back to say: it worked perfectly in his view, and if we wanted the defective one returned to us we'd have to pay the postage. W e know this product and know what it can do when it works. We therefore know what it's like when it doesn't work. We don't know whether or not Kitchen Stuff Plus is selling grey market material, or whether Henckel itself is just going way downhill, but the bottom line is this: caveat emptor. Customer satisfaction is not their strong suit.

Never never never buy kitchen appliances from Kitchen Stuff Plus. I never thought that a company like Kitchen Stuff Plus would not take "returns" if you have tried the product. I bought one kitchen appliance that did not meet my expectation on the initial usage. I went to their store to return but was told that they do not take returns once the product has been used. Since this return policy is very unusual, I expect that their cashier should have told me this when I bought the product. Where is the customer satisfaction policy?

I placed a rather large order a month prior to Xmas, leaving more than enough time for it to arrive as most items were Xmas gifts. It took forEVER to receive it and when it arrived 3 days before Xmas, 5 of the items were busted/cracked/broken/chipped. 1 item (a box of drinking glasses) was missing 1 glass! It took me some time to be able to actually speak with a human being (they weren't returning my voicemail messages) and the best she could do was offer to re-ship the items...but of course I wouldn't receive them in time for Xmas and she didn't really care. They arrived Dec 29th. She justified the broken items to store workers who were still learning how to pack up shipments. Niiiiice. And by the way, the box my items was shipped in was so heavy that there was a STICKER on it from Canada Post warning that it weighed "over 50 lbs"........who in their right mind packs a box of breakables that heavy? My last, and I mean VERY LAST online order with them, again......5 items broken/busted/chipped/cracked. Horrible packing job again. I contacted customer service and she again could not have cared less. Most of the broken items were 'out of stock' so basically I was sh*t out of luck. I explained to her that for 2 years I'd been a very loyal customer and had spent hundreds of dollars there......but I was very VERY disappointed in receiving 2 orders with broken items. Did she offer any kind of coupon or promo code for my next order, as some kind of gesture? No. I emailed her to ask for this....and my request was completely IGNORED. Will never EVER shop there again unless I'm in the market for broken items.

I got screwed over with this order!!!! THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE! I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT ALL FROM KITCHEN STUFF (PLUS) AGAIN AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE I KNOW TO THE STORE! Kitchen Stuff Plus has my money, and Canada Post has my product! I ordered this for someone who was to return back to Australia on Dec 25th and now Canada Post has lost my product! I spoke with a female at the Head office and she said she (as she is at the Head Office) would look into whether Kitchen Stuff Plus can contact the Cloverdale store location to see if I can just go and pick up one by myself as a replacement but that I would have to purchase it before I leave. I said it would be a REPLACEMENT and to just cancel the one with Canada Post as she was the sender. She said she would call me back in 20min but never did. I waited 35 min then called her. She was not available but instead |I spoke with a male, who took my call. He was not helpful either.

I do quite a bit of online shopping, and I made a rather large order to Kitchenstuffplus online, including several glass items. The items were promptly shipped and arrived at my door only days after I placed the order. Unfortunately, one of the items had broken during transit. I called the store, and the customer service department could not have been more helpful - they sent a replacement piece out right away, at no charge, and did not make me mail back the broken piece. I was really impressed with the level of service, particularly the quick response. Would definitely order from their online service again.

I went to the store i purchased the cutter and it fell apart. I started to use it and was very dissatified with the results. The service at ther store wasnt too bad could have been a lot better.

I randomly walked into this store a few weeks ago and was immediately impressed with not only the amazing selection, but the amazing prices! Left the store with three bags full of different kitchen supplies and gifts. I treated myself to a martini set, which included four glasses, a beautiful silver tray and a cocktail shaker. I was blown away to see that it was under $20. I will definitely be going back to this place.

I was very happy with my purchases at Kitchen Stuff Plus. First of all the location was great, right downtown, on the subway line. The diversty in store was great and the prices were very affordable. I will be going back soon.

Great selection, good service, coupons available for a free gift with a min $ purchase, sometimes have to return to pick up the free gift.
