I needed new blinds for the living room and was looking for an exact match to the HunterDouglas blinds that were installed in the dining room a couple of years ago. I compared a number of retailers with excellent reputations on Homestars before selecting Kingsway, mainly on price. Kingsway did not disappoint. Alex provided shop-at-home service, critical to get the exact measurements and to view the various colour samples in the light of my house versus the light of the showroom. He also provided installation advice and a detailed estimate. Delivery times were precisely as estimated. In all, it was the no-hassle experience I was looking for.

We have enjoyed the shutters on our front window for just over a month - they are fantastic! George measured our challenging window, which is large, bowed, not even remotely plumb, with real care, and took time to ensure we would get a custom product we would be happy with. He really wanted to make sure everything was absolutely PERFECT! The installers were very professional, quick and clean. We are extremely happy and intend to use this company again to complete our other window coverings in the future, and to provide and install flooring when we renovate our kitchen next year. I purchased Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds for my condo. Kingsway provided suggestions and options so that I got the best blind for my needs. This was a fairly large job for a condo, with 8 blinds ranging in width from approximately 3' to 10' Service was prompt and the blinds were ready when promised. Installation was available on a Saturday, which was necessary for my schedule. Alex arrived right on time and completed the job in a couple of hours. He took down the old blinds and was kind enough to package them up in the boxes for disposal. He left not a speck of garbage or dirt behind. Now that I've lived with them for a few days, I'm glad I went ahead and spent the money on custom blinds. I would definitely recommend Kingsway to my mother. In fact, my mother is now going to Kingsway to get blinds for her new apartment.

we specifically asked that the installers pay particular care to stairs and rails as this was our main reason for replacing the carpet, The installers were polite and friendly however they were rushed and should have spread the installation over to the next day. my wife and I had to trim all the threads and still when we vacuum pieces of carpet come loose. The work is subbed out to contractors so you take a chance on the quality of the installation. No one from kingsway has contacted us or followed up to check the quality of the work update;oct2/11. no business is perfect, how they respond to complaints is an indication of their commitment to customer service, george came around with his installer on the weekend and fixed up the problem. He also ordered extra carpet at no charge to keep in case of future wear and tear. my wife and I are pleased with the results and recommend kingsway carpets and blinds

had George come to the house to do a proper measurement for bedroom blinds. he provided lots of suggestions that we had not considered. his experience was very useful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. installation was professional and fast and installer took the time to fully explain the operation of the blinds.
