Our recent purchase experience in Kids was wonderful! The staff in the store were patient and knowledgable; the layout of the store is delightful; and the products were absolutely beautiful! We arrived the store in the last minutes at the end of the day but Shimmy took his time to give us useful guidelines on how to choose a bunk bed. Finally we chose the gorgeous floor model and mattresses and picked up by ourselves. Every piece was wrapped carefully. After assembling, it looks beautiful and matchs with other furnitures in the room perfectly. We would like to recommend the store to our friends for sure. Thank you, Shimmy.

We bought a Loft Bed for our 8 year old son a month ago and have it delivered and assembled. We were very pleased and happy with the overall experience, from the choice the store has to offer, patience and informative discussions with the sales staff, delivery and setup; and more over our son loves the loft bed. We bought the Bolton Cooley Loft Bed for our 6 year old daughter before Christmas. We were really happy with the quality and extensive range of products that were available in the store. Everyone was extremely helpful and their knowledge of their products is amazing. They really looked after us and better than that we have a very happy daughter with a dream bed. We have since been in touch and the after care service I have to say is second to none. I have recommend them to friends and wouldn't hesitate in a second to go anywhere else. I purchased a full bedroom set for my daughter it was from the Lea Elite Hannah collection. I also purchased a set for my son from the Crates Design collection. The quality of both sets is exceptional. Although there was a bit of a wait for the furniture to come in, it arrived ahead of the scheduled due date. The delivery crew arrived as scheduled and were quick and courteous in assembling all of the furniture and placing it in the designated locations. There was an issue with one of the shelves for the bookcase when the furniture was delivered. A quick call to Shimmy at the store and the issue was resolved. Caryn had great patience with me and was very helpful while I looked at various sets and combinations for my daughter's room. It was a quality experience start to finish.

We had a great experience when we visited the store. The staff (if I recall, her name was Nancy) were friendly, courtesy and very patient. They showed us various bunk bed models, explained the various materials used, covered off safety considerations and walked us through our room plan using their online floor mapping tool. Based on this attentive service, we immediately made the decision to buy from KIDS after visiting other local stores. The product we ended up choosing is high quality, locally made and will last us many year's of use. We highly recommend KIDS to anyone who is looking for children's furniture and accessories.

With Caryn and Shimmy providing us thorough, yet quick, knowledgeable guidance to purchase our boy's bunk bed, there was absolutely no reason to take our business anywhere else. I mean what parents of 3 have time to shop around anyway! We were lucky to have found K.I.D.S. right away to purchase a bunk bed set of elite quality. Only negative was the cost of delivery seemed excessive, so I decided to pick up. On pick up Shimmy and Caryn personally assisted in loading my truck. My purchase included multiple boxes, pieces, and mattresses, which meant it was a monumental task to make things fit. From the time I phoned to inquire about their clearance promotion on their last few remaining gliders in stock, the staff's commitment to customer service was clearly evident. Shimmy took the time to explain the model and usual pricing as well as explained how he was able to provide such a competitive price on this high quality Dutalier glider..but there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase as he wanted me to be sure about my decision.
