I purchased a full bedroom set for my daughter it was from the Lea Elite Hannah collection. I also purchased a set for my son from the Crates Design collection. The quality of both sets is exceptional. Although there was a bit of a wait for the furniture to come in, it arrived ahead of the scheduled due date. The delivery crew arrived as scheduled and were quick and courteous in assembling all of the furniture and placing it in the designated locations. There was an issue with one of the shelves for the bookcase when the furniture was delivered. A quick call to Shimmy at the store and the issue was resolved. Caryn had great patience with me and was very helpful while I looked at various sets and combinations for my daughter's room. It was a quality experience start to finish.

We had a great experience when we visited the store. The staff (if I recall, her name was Nancy) were friendly, courtesy and very patient. They showed us various bunk bed models, explained the various materials used, covered off safety considerations and walked us through our room plan using their online floor mapping tool. Based on this attentive service, we immediately made the decision to buy from KIDS after visiting other local stores. The product we ended up choosing is high quality, locally made and will last us many year's of use. We highly recommend KIDS to anyone who is looking for children's furniture and accessories.

With Caryn and Shimmy providing us thorough, yet quick, knowledgeable guidance to purchase our boy's bunk bed, there was absolutely no reason to take our business anywhere else. I mean what parents of 3 have time to shop around anyway! We were lucky to have found K.I.D.S. right away to purchase a bunk bed set of elite quality. From the time I phoned to inquire about their clearance promotion on their last few remaining gliders in stock, the staff's commitment to customer service was clearly evident. Shimmy took the time to explain the model and usual pricing as well as explained how he was able to provide such a competitive price on this high quality Dutalier glider..but there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase as he wanted me to be sure about my decision. The staff we dealt with in store was just as professional and attentive. I wish every establishment had such dedication to great customer service! Purchased bunk beds with an extension and trundle drawer last year and they are top quality and best of all the kids love them. The variety of manufacturers along with the Customer service is outstanding.

We came to your store as our daughter was ready for a "big bed" and bedroom set to go with it and we saw that you sold the brand that our son's room has along with many others designers, which are all excellent quality. We were amazed with the selection and customization and we found the perfect set to meet her needs. The staff was very helpful and patient and didn’t push us like other stores. We also loved the website’s room layout tool where we could enter the dimensions to figure out the best layout. Our daughter has been using the furniture almost a year now and it’s still in excellent condition. Definitely recommend buying your furniture from this store.
