Kelly's is very professional. They have done an excellent job pruning an 80 year old Norway maple for us in the past. Most recently one of their arborists came out to give us a quote on doing storm damage repair. She was so knowledgeable and provided a lot of information. We haven't yet acted on the quote because we are agonizing over whether to have it repaired or taken down :( I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Arborist who quoted was thoughtful, intelligient and balanced our need for sunlight for a garden vs. the future growth of the tree. Quote was very reasonable as we had them come out during the warm winter weather. Men were "monkeys in a tree" - very comfortable with chain saws at great heights and cleaned up after themselves.

We had Kelly's come out and do an assessment of our two backyard maple trees, and our front yard white oak. Wenda was on time, professional, caring about our trees, and wrote us a helpful report on their health and what maintenance should be done immediately and ongoing. In Sept 2012 a crew came to prune the deadwood from our oak tree. They came early in the morning on the day they promised to be here. They were polite, helpful, professional, and happy to talk about the health of the tree, what they did, and what they found. They cleaned up after themselves so well that you can't even tell they were there. They appeared to use appropriate safety gear (I'm not a professional so I'm not sure). Since it only needs to be trimmed every 3-5 years, the price of $1000 spread over 5 years is quite reasonable, and we probably save that every year by not having to run the air conditioner from the tree's shade.

I had a mulberry tree in the backyard that i wanted to be removed. Once I gave the go ahead to remove the tree the crew from Kelly's Trees came by during the day and brought in a work crew to remove the tree from my backyard and shread it in a chipper on site. When I got home there was no sign they were ever there! They did an excellent job cleaning up after the job and left no trace of the tree. Great job! Top Notch

Our neighbours have a beautiful old white oak that extends over our backyard. The branches where getting close to the house and after every storm it would drop a ton of deadwood. Kelly's Tree Care provided a quote and explained the importance of certified arborists. This is no cheap hack job and it shows! It's been 3 years and we've watched the tree withstand some crazy wind storms. Holds up better than it ever did with very little fallen debris.

We needed some advice on how to deal with our existing backyard trees, and how to plan some 'succession' planting, to ensure continued tree cover. The Arborist that came round provided excellent advice, in a very user-friendly format.

We had a massive tree branch fall in our back yard which needed trimming and removal. Kelly's came and cleared it away and left our yard looking better than before they came. They will also be removing the rest of the tree (pending city approval)this fall. The nicest guys showed up at our house! They were on time and professional, did all the work quoted on and left the yard spotless. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Kelly Tree came to trim our backyard maple, and feed our front city owned maple. They took the time to review each tree, discuss it's current condition, and then carefully pruned and removed all the tree branches. Great work, by people who seem to really care about the welfare of trees!

The estimate appointment was kept, and the estimate was detailed. Kelly's was very accomodating when I needed to re-schedule the work I had asked them to do. The work was professionally and thoroughly done and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.
