They had to remove another tank to get at mine, and didn't charge much extra for the additional labour. Arrived on time, carried out work efficiently. Solid work and everything is back to normal.

Joyce Heating replaced my hot water tank on Jan 26, 2024. It was an emergency replacement. They were upfront with their communications and did a quality job for a fair price. They're a family business and it shows in their services.

Old hot water tank sprung a leak - ended up wet-vac'ing over 50gal of water. Called Joyce - had new tank and installation done next day. Great service, reasonable pricing, good advice, good products. Also consulted on furnace replacement and did furnace service. Again, very clear and up-front information. Honest. No sugar coating, no over-pricing out to get you for everything they could. Highly recommend!

upgrading to new furnace. hot water heater died day before new furnace was to be installed. They readily installed both appliances at the same time. Arrived when they said they would and had everything needed to get it done in one appointment.

I appreciate a family owned and run business like Joyce Heating. I can trust their work and they are fair with their pricing. So fast forward two years later I needed to replace my hot water tank. This time around I didnt waste any time, went straight to Joyce Heating because I know they can get the job done right.

Called Joyce Heating (we had previously used them to replace our furnace), they were very accommodating.
The kept their quoted price and had the tank in within a few hours on the day booked.
