Jones Pools

We purchased a home and had a vision of creating the perfect backyard oasis. After asking for recommendations and interviewing several pool companies, we made our decision to go with Jones Pools. (Recommended by 4 separate people).

From our initial meeting with Russ, we knew we would be in good hands. Went through the design process, several site visits, several changes etc.. and they were accommodating every step of the way ! They took care of the whole permit process for us and everything moved smoothly. The price was fair and there were no major cost surprises throughout the project.

All the workmanship was completed at the highest level. Their follow up process was incredible and the solved every issue that arose. All of their contractor partners were friendly, attentive, professional and super helpful.

For those on the fence, I would recommend Jones pool 1000%. I will continue to use them for my ongoing pool maintenance, and seasonal opening/closing.

We are super excited to swim in our new pool this year and enjoy our backyard with family and friends!

From the day Ryan (1 if the owners) handled our phone call, follow up meetings, construction schedule and final completion all the work was done well on time and explained every question we had. Highly recommend these guys and their follow uo customer service is like no other. They would take the time to pick up the phone after hours and weekend when I thought I had pool emergency (which were not actually a bug deal - small tweak and all good).

I have dealt with a lot of renovations/projects in the past and by far this was an amazing experience for awesome results that we are 100% happy with. From Russ quoting us, Andy managing the project, Chris with all his expertise and licensed gas and equipment professional to Richard who is an expert in almost everything, digging, concrete, etc, the overall team from head office to ownership were amazing to deal with. We love our pool, on budget and most importantly on time. Covid delay with permits was the only issue but we overcame it together. If I could recommend a team, its the Jones team 100%!

After meeting with different companies for our backyard pool project, we knew that Jones was the company to choose instantly. Right away, we felt comfortable with the salesman, which was important to us, jumping into such a big project and unfamiliar territory. He never rushed us through our many questions and even met with us a number of times before we signed the contract. He was transparent right from day one and right up until the project was complete.

Their crews were very efficient, hard working and very organized, always leaving the worksite clean and safe at the end of the workday. We had different members of the team (project manager, salesman, owner) check in over the course of the project and they were all great to deal with. Their frequent check-ins were very much appreciated and helped to keep us posted with the different steps along the way! They show great pride in their work and really put the client first.

Now that our project is complete, we've had nothing but good service from them, either at home with a service technician for technical or chemical issues or at the office with the ladies who are always so welcoming and patient (with all the questions coming in from a new pool owner). We are grateful for the whole team at Jones Pools who have made this experience a very positive one so far.

Were told we would be swimming at the end of August by sales guy which the owner Mike said "I would never promise you such unrealistic date". Mike was rude and not pleasant to deal with at all. I've never had someone ask me "Why don't you just take your deposit back" which I agreed and in a cowardly move deducted $500 for their time. EXCUSE ME!!! what time.... when I tried to contact him via email he didn't respond.

I am so happy I didn't go with them and now have someone else who will be working on my backyard oasis. Feel free to contact me for details.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Had called Jones Pools to come and close my pool late in the season in 2015. They appeared very nice and helpful over the phone. They got in quick to close my pool. Very Nice staff who closed my pool. They saw that one of the pool cover anchors was stuck. They came back another day to fix it without my knowledge. I came home one day to find the anchor replaced with a major chip in my pool deck. I called to ask about it. They gave me the run around. After a few emails they promised to investigate and see about helping to fixing the damage. Never heard from them again. They still charged me for the closing and no compensation for the damage caused. Make sure you are around when they do work at your house. Would not trust them.

If you are considering an in-ground pool look no further and call Jones Pools. I met Mike (one of the owners) last fall. His prices were honest and fair and the work was done without any issues. Mikes team took the time to explain the entire process and worked well with my landscaper. The entire project (complete backyard reno) was completed on time and within budget.

We met with several pool companies before deciding to go with Jones Pools. They were easy to work with, were transparent with their costs, cleaned up after themselves, and we willing to make changes along the way. They were very professional. I highly recommend!

recently used a non-local pool company as they had installed a safety cover and we decided to convert to a salt water pool. what a disaster! We called in Jones Pools and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes that the other guys couldn't even figure out and never bothered to return to finish the job! We highly recommend Jones Pools. Go local!!!
