Customer service is terrible I bought my BBQ a few months ago and BBQ is great but still blown away by how bad of an experience it was I asked some questions and got zero answers Tried to negotiate the price and was completely ignored. Didn't even acknowledge I spoke The kicker was on my way out I saw a sign that said if you buy a full size BBQ you get a thank you gift worth around $50. I asked about it and got an answer-they're out of them but if they had any I would have gotten one...followed by a pat on the back!! Disgusting way to treat s customer. I'm going to be buying a smoker and I will absolutely not but it from here. All the sales guy had to do was treat me like a person and I would have been happy to buy again. Very poor customers service!

We already have quite a large propane barbecue grill that we use quite often, but there's nothing quite like the flavour that comes from barbecuing with charcoal. I've wanted one for awhile but we weren't sure which model to get. I've heard through the grapevine that Johnestone's is the place to go for all things barbecue related. The sales person who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended the Weber Smokey Joe. We've used it twice now and have been very pleased with the results. This model is also perfect for taking to the park or to the beach for family barbecues.

I have shopped at Johnstone's off and on for years. This year I purchased a new BBQ that turned out to be faulty. I can't say enough about how they bent over backward to make it right. I am sure some products are cheaper in some other stores however Johnstones backs their goods.....Priceless.

Recently bought a top end barbeque. Service was excellent. did not try to sell us more than we needed. Had excellent suggestions for creating a smoker in the barbeque. Pointed out features to look for for quality and durability. No sales pressure.

I had heard that this was a one stop shop for anyone looking to get a top of the line at home bbq so I knew I had to check this store out. I ended up getting a top of the line bbq (Summit S-620 LP) that happened to be on sale! It was delivered and assembled in my home within the week. I can't wait to use it this summer.

Great place to visit for all your BBQ needs. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Great selection of BBQ's in case I ever decide to upgrade. Received the help I needed to purchase a cover for my Weber BBQ and utensils and was in and out in no time.

I took my BBQ in to Johnstone's BBQ Parts and they were fast friendly and so helpful! I was so happy that I even went back to buy a second BBQ from them for my downstairs patio. I was given a great price and was able to pick the perfect BBQ for my needs with the help of their friendly staff.

Friendly staff and exceedingly knowledgeable, made a moderate repair very simple and understable. Would definetly recommend and will got to again in the future, even ended up buying a high end bbq unit off of them based on the experience.

These guys really new their stuff. I love how these guys are so honest. Yeah they want to sell but they do it from a consumer perspective. They have and do it all vintage BBQ's, creating outdoor kitchens. They have great prices and nothing but good helpful service. thanks Johnston's Barbecue!

At first I thought they couldn't possibly fill a whole store with BBQ stuff or at least it would all be so useful and relevant. These guys really new their stuff. From rebuilding vintage BBQ's, creating outdoor kitchens and of course a great selection of competitively priced grills. The sales stuff were passionate about the job but not at all pushy.
