Their selection of furniture and lighting options for the home is stunning and the staff are very knowledgable about their products. Their suggestions are incredibly helpful. They also ship for a reasonable cost.

It was my husband and my 10th anniversary and the theme was supposed to be tin, aluminum or diamond. I wanted to find some tin toys but none of them seemed appropriate. Then, I thought about aluminum and since my husband loved collecting chairs, I looked up aluminum chairs and there it was, the Navy Chair by Emeco. There weren't that many places in Vancouver that sold the real one so when I called Inform, they told me the price and said that they had it in stock and a bar chair too. When I got there, Anthony greeted me on the second floor and proceeded to take out the chairs to let me try them out. He was very helpful and friendly as he talked about his anniversary too. I ended up buying the Navy chair for my husband and if I had to say so myself, it was the perfect gift! It was a little pricey for only one chair but that is what you have to pay for designer furniture!

While the prices may be a little daunting, each item is fully slip-covered so that you can change the fabric or colour as needed in the future. The fabrics wear very well, and the overall quality is the pieces has exceeded our expectations. They're timeless designs.

This store is one-stop shopping for all your contemporary furniture needs. They also have kitchen and bathroom cabinets and accessories but I've never bought them here. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other stores, but the showroom is great. They do, however, have their own line of furniture called "Bensen" which, because it's locally made is a lot less expensive than the furniture they import from Europe. The quality, workmanship and service is excellent.
