This was part of a general kitchen renovation supplied by Home Depot. They subcontracted the measuring manufacturing and installation of it. The fellow who came and measured knew what he was doing but different workmen came to install and they installed the countertop crooked. Eventually they had to make two new ones and reinstall. This time the fellow who did the measuring came back and installed it himself and said that the original would have fit properly it was just inexperienced installers who had a problem. This whole process from ordering to installation and then another installation took about 6 months. We were not happy with the problems but in all fairness Home Depot stood 100% behind their work and never attempted to evade responsibility or make excuses

Absolutely fantastic service and quality. They were polite. confident and full of knowledge. They provided full service in detail and provided full warranty for their work. They completed the work in no time. They also cleaned up after work with no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends.

Over the summer I decided to work on repairing and updating our current patio. I visited our local home depot to gather information and to learn the best method to go about repairing my current patio. The representative I spoke in the gardening section was friendly and knowledgable. Greg is definately a great addition to the Home Depot Team. The store is clean and organized and all the employees are so friendly. I highly recommed that anyone looking for information on landscaping should consult a home depot representative.

A few years back we had our kitchen remodeled by the Home Depot on Grand Marshall. The designer that we used was great but the installers were another story. It appears that the Home Depot uses sub-contractors which makes it hard for them to control the quality and service. The installers would not show up when they said they would and they even called one time at 8:00 p.m. to see if they could come over now and work for a couple of hours. I had was shocked by the fact that they would even ask this of a customer especially knowing that I had children at home. It took longer than it should have

We recently rented a carpet cleaner and purchased cleaning supplies. Home Depot had flexible rental hours, friendly and knowledgeable sales personnel, a clean store, and they even helped me load the equipment into my vehicle.

Purchased a washer and dryer. It was delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery men were very courteous and polite. The service was very good.

We had a beutiful kitchen installed and love it. We bought a demo kitchen which saved us a lot of money and was installed in no time. Everyone was great and worked really hard.

Did I ever need help. I could not decide on an accent colour for my bedroom. The team in the paint department were so helpful and the choice was so successful that I will be going back for more advice on colours for my family room.

I wanted to build a queensized bed frame and headboard. I went to home depot with a hand sketched idea (not even very well drawn)and they took it into their own hands to help me find each and everything I would need for my project. They really went above and beyond.
