The back deck attached to my house was closed in to make a sun/mud room on the exterior a few years back, and I wanted to have the inside insulated, drywalled and finished, as well as the bottom part closed in (skirted), effectively making a 4 season added room to the house. I called the H.C. and they sent over a gentleman by the name of Roberto M. who completed the job in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks. He was absolutely remarkable! Knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and very pleasant to talk to. He updated me daily as to his progress, and next days plans, as well he offered me alternative suggestions and ways of cutting costs safely but effectively. He cleaned up at the end of each day, thereby causing almost no disruption. I would highly recommend his services to anyone! This was not a small repair, and Roberto made it seem so easy. Handyman Connection is lucky to have him as part of their team!

This time, we had Peter come back to install a new faucet onto a custom sink for our laundry room in our house. Tub, backer and tiles were installed by Mario Monaco who did an outstanding job. He had several good suggestions during the project which were implemented with results exceeding expectations. We are very pleased with the service and quality and will no doubt be calling Handyman for future work.

We hired handyman connection last year to tile a very small area in the front foyer (about 4 feet x 3 feet). The initial estimate was reasonable approximately $700. There were some complications and the handyman said he had to increase the cost -- he had removed the existing tile and the floor underneath was not the proper material so he had to put in a new subfloor -- this was fine -- however, the end cost of the job, NOT including materials was $3,000! Of course we had to pay as we could not leave the job half done. The other problem was that he took an entire week to do the job -- because he rarely showed up before 10 or 11 AM, took a couple of hours for lunch, and did not work until the end of they day. So I was stuck in the home waiting for him to show up. When I complained to Handyman Connection they said they would "pass the comment along". When I tell people I paid $3,000 for that tiny area in the front of my house to be tiled they look at me like I'm insane.

We converted a spare bedroom into a master ensuite and contracted Handyman Connection to comlete the work tiling and drywall. The folks at Handyman Connection did a decent job. They were responsive and worked with us on any complaints. But the handyman they brought in was brutal and required us to spend extra $$ to have his work either corrected or completed. I can't recommend these guys because you have little control over who they bring in.

Tried to find this customer in our database ( no last name ) - my best guess is the job was done about 2 years ago and we were not aware of any problems at that time. However all feedback is appreciated. After 15 years in business we have served and pleased 1,000's of customers.

The work was done to my satisfaction and a few days later, I had a problem with the ceiling fan / light...the service man came back a few days later. but before he did he spoke to me on the phone, then went on line from his home and found that this was an issue with many Hunter Ceiling fan/lights. He was able to come up with a solution and which allowed me to make use of the brand new fixture, without taking it back down and replacing it all over again. This was done at no extra cost to me. I felt Steve went the extra mile to find a fix for my brand new defective light fixture. Sure I could have taken it back, put together another one and had him install another brand new one but I had thrown away the receipt, since it was up and working. So I needed to make this one work and Steve did just that .
