Guildcraft Floors was contracted to install hardwood flooring in our home. We had the living, dining and family rooms done. The wood arrived three days before the actual installation date. The installers arrived on time and the job was completed that same day. It took approximately eight hours to install the floor, base boards and quarter round. The installers did an exceptional job and they left our home clean and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the work. Te office staff at Guildcraft Floors was friendly and courteous and the price for the wood was very competitive. Guildcfart Floors, thanks for an excellent job.

We loved Guildcraft Floors! One stop shopping, which included hardwood, baseboards, installation by professionals all at an affordable price that fit my budget! They were extremely helpful and now i can enjoy my new floors just in time for the holidays! i highly recommend Guildcraft for your one-stop flooring experience!!!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Words of warning to all potential customers of Guildcraft Floors...do not waste your money! We purchase our hardwoods from this company and when we advised them of our concerns and disappointment (severe gaps in the hardwood) nothing was done about it. They had been paid in full so they were not concerned! Without even coming out to see their installation job, they said all hardwood flooring has gaps. We can fit a quarter into our gaps and it is all over the place (1800 sq. ft) not just contained to one area. The quality is the absolute worst I have ever seen, we paid a 'premium' for the flooring because we were told it was the top of the line in hardwood flooring, but we were ripped off. There is hazing in areas, the top layer of the hardwood is peeling back...yes you heard me right, hardwood flooring doing this???? We spent big money to have our home renovated so we can enjoy it but it has caused nothing but heart ache. Everytime I clean the floors I just want to cry! Dirt gets in between the gaps and never come out!! Guildcraft did nothing about it and does not care that their installation and product was below standard. If I could, I would give this company a negative star rating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or you will be in the same boat as us!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife and I went to the Guildcraft Floors showroom at 150 Britannia Rd. E on October 22, 2011. The salesperson completely miscalculated the number of boxes of hardwood we would need for our renovation project, and when we wanted to order more in mid-December, she told us that the product was not in stock and that we would have to wait until January 2012 for it to become available again. When we returned to the salesperson in early January, she insisted that the hardwood we wished to order was to be treated as a special order and would come at an extra charge, even though it was evident that the company was still stocking the same product at the time (it was advertised on their flyer of January 17, 2012 and March 2, 2012). We were in a difficult position as we had no other alternate source of hardwood in the middle of the project, and we believe that the company tried to take advantage of our troublesome situation. Given no other choice, we decided to purchase the hardwood at extra cost anyway. We were told that the product would arrive within one week; however, it did not. We continuously called the company to check the arrival date of the product for three months, until finally, the salesperson told us that the product was discontinued. In sum, my wife and I were extremely disappointed because of the following: 1. After having several unproductive phone calls with sales representatives regarding our hardwood order, the manager was always "unavailable" to discuss and to resolve our complication despite repeated requests. 2. The lack of stock and more than three month's wait time for supplies caused great inconvenience for us, especially during Christmas and New Year. 3. Guildcraft Floors made us to place the order on a discontinued item but failed to fulfill the order placed. 4. Overall, the company neglects to provide quality service and offer fair pricing to its customers. Save yourself a load of trouble-- do NOT believe Guildcraft Floors' advertisements, boasting to be a "Flooring Leader since 1952"! P.S. The company also has a shop in Burlington named “Hardwood Design Centre”.

We went to Guildcraft Floors after we saw their flyer,big showroom and lots of selection .We had an idea what we were looking for but when we saw the range of colors and choices in hardwood we went in and chose a beautiful dark stain maple.Working with the staff was very easy and pleasant,got our main floor and the stairs done and the floor looks amazing. Mike was very accomodating in prices and his services.The whole experience working with them was exceptional and everything went smooth .Installers were very professional and nice.

Purchased Laminate from Guildcraft, very good customer service,thanks to Rupi and Jodh they were very helpful and mindful to my needs.with me having no knowledge had ordered more laminate, they helped me to order right amount.the delivery was on time as scheduled. thanks
