Worst company I had to deal with in 10 years of business. They ask you for approx $600 upfront for 3months service. After putting traps around, the guy will tell you that he would check every week, which does not happen. Next week, I had to call to get the guy in again. I asked the technician to check my ceiling for dead rat/mice, he finds nothing, except one trap that went off and caught a rat. Next day I go up and find 8 dead mice. This tells me that the technician only pretends to go up and check, but all he does is check his own trap and does not look around thoroughly. The next week, I tried not calling them - the guy does not show up. I called to see what is going on and also to complain about the poor checking routine. The owner does not apologize and all he does is to find excuse for the mistake. He will try every angle to win an argument even at his fault. I got sick of this guy and asked him to end the service. I am shocked to see this company with above 4 star review. If you want the true meaning of 'service,' you don't want this company. You will waste your money.

We were promised 90-day service for our rodent control issue, satisfaction guaranteed. After an initial assessment (that went very well actually - very thorough), we signed up, paid $400 and a few traps (basically traps that we could have purchased ourselves from Home Depot) were installed. We were told that someone would check back every few days until the problem was eliminated. Weeks would go by and no one would come to check. We had to repeatedly call the company to request someone come back to check. One time we were told someone would come by so my husband stayed home from work to accommodate their schedule, but no one showed up. Eventually we took care of the problem ourselves. I would strongly recommend choosing another pest control company.

I needed a wasp nest taken care of. The nest was 30 feet in the air and inside my exterior wall. Contacted a few companies and because of the nest being higher than 10 feet a few of them was charging extra ($50 to $75 more). I contacted Green Valley and they quoted me a flat price regardless of height. Ernie came by to spray the nest and said to give it a 3 or 4 days and if they are still active to give him a call. Since he went up to the roof he also told me that their was 5" of standing water on my flat roof. Discovered that the downspout was clogged. Thanks to Ernie I would have know about my other issue which could have caused me more money in the end for repairs if he didn't go up on the roof. Back to the Wasp nest, after a week, I noticed that the wasps are still flying in out of the nest. I called Ernie and told him about it and within a few days he came back and this time he said it's should be taken care of. Within the next day there were no more wasp activities. I believe that I paid a fair price and Ernie at Green Valley took care of the nest. To be fair to him, he probably couldn't access the nest on his first try because of the standing water on my roof. Once the water was gone he was able to access the nest better this time around. I recommend Green Valley Pest Control for your extermination needs.

We used Green Valley last year for a wasp nest, and the response time was immediate. This was great, because we were unable to use our pool, until Green Valley took care of our problem. Now this year we had an ant problem and they came out the same day again, and took care of the problem the first time. Furthermore, they gave us a great discount for being a repeat customer.

We came into the kitchen and found ants running everywhere! We were troubled as we couldn't understand where they were coming from. We called Damien from Green Valley Pest Control. Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Advised us that the problem was the door to the patio and our recycling bin. Placed ant traps at the door and advised us to get rid of the recycling more often. End result no more ants. I would have no problem recommending Damien to anyone. He also let us know that he guarantees his work and would come out at a moments notice. Very happy.

We had a major issue with wasp nests with our house! The front roofline had so many nests that I resorted to using the back door for a while. Green Valley gave us a reasonable quote, showed up on time, and when we discovered a new next in a similar area a few months later, they came back and re-sprayed the area at no extra charge to us. The service and value were both great.
