Close to one year after our install date, the front door handle became loose. After a minor panic attack, not sure of how to fix our door, called and met with the Manager of Customer Service and Repairs who patiently listened and then explained what I needed to do in order to fix the door. I appreciated the knowledge and level of customer care I received after the install.

I had many, about eight, vinylbilt windows installed in my home around 2001 by Gem. I found their salesman and installers very good. Recently in 2013, we were having a few problems with the hardware/openers and had no difficulty with receiving instructions on how to replace ourselves from the production manager (saving us the $200 service charge) and the lifetime warranty hardware provided to us with no problems. They are very helpful and easy to talk to - no pressures. I would recommend this company.

I had an old a/c window unit that didn't work anymore so I needed to change the twenty year old window and remove the unit. I had a couple of companies come in to provide estimates, but I really liked the way the staff treated me in store and at my home. The work completed was professional as was the clean-up. I will definitely use them again in the future.

GEM Windwos and Doors made having new windows installed an easy and great experience. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and accommodating. When the windows were installed they ensured my home remained cleaned; they laid out rugs to protect the floor, swept after they were finished and took with them all the old windows and other materias.
