Definitely recommend Fersina Windows! If you are in need of windows or doors, this is the best place! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is excellent. The installers are professional, diligent and skillful. We wanted to replace most of the windows in our 80s house and two doors. We had purchased three windows from Fersina Windows about 14 yrs ago and have been extremely happy with these windows so decided to return. Once we had the windows and doors picked out, within the week they were at our house taking very careful measurements. About a week after that, another person came to perform a double check of the measurements which I believe is a wonderful practice. Since they manufacture the windows themselves, the timeline is excellent as well. Once the windows were ready, it was just a matter of time to wait for the doors to be made (which they order). Instead of installing the windows right away Noah suggested to wait for the doors to come in and they would do them all at the same time. This was great advice because it minimized the disruption in the house. When the time came for the installation, they called to schedule a good time for the work to be completed. We had a total of eight windows, the front door and a garden door to be replaced, including marble slats on several of them. The workers were very friendly, polite and respectful. They used many different types of protective equipment to ensure that nothing was dirtied or damaged during the window removal or installation. Afterwards the areas were all cleaned and left in excellent condition. You wouldnt even know anyone had been there. We are so happy with the installations. From carefully placing all of the jams and insulation, to painstakingly applying the caulking around the frames, each task was completed with excellent quality. The doors especially have been installed so well that we can now feel the seals when we open and close them! We are extremely thrilled with the installation and would definitely recommend Fersina Windows, if you need any doors or windows in your home.

I have used Fersina for installation of windows in my home before. They have a great product, experienced sales and service technicians. My patio sliding doors had to be replaced recently and I immediately consulted them on a unique solution to replace these oversized doors. Great ideas. My doors are beautiful. Workers were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you.

After looking at several companies in the Peterborough area, we chose Fersina for our cottage windows. We are thrilled with the results. Fersina installed 5 windows for us, including 3 wall cut-outs. From start to finish, our experience with Fersina was professional. We were given an install date, and had two different team members come out to measure in the meantime. The install crew arrived right on time, was respectful, and cleaned up throughout the process. Our master bedroom, in particular, was transformed by our new windows as you can see in the attached photo. We would definitely recommend Fersina windows.

Excellent experience on all levels. Qoute was competitve and straightforward. Onsite measure was accurate and the rep had good suggestions to fine tune the window order. The install crew exceeded expectations . Hal and the crew did excellent work and provided great customer service. The job was completed a month ago no issues with the product or the work.

We ordered our windows and doors from Fersina at the end of June 2018. We were told the install would SAFELY be 8 weeks. Our quote was $24K. I sent a $10k deposit immediately. Here we are in the last week of October, still no windows or doors and no indication of when we will be getting them. That’s not the worst part. We have not heard ONE WORD from Fersina. There has been absolutely ZERO communication. When I contact the salesman, (which I generally have to do twice before I get a response) he says, he will get back to me with an install date. I’ve sent an email directly to the company with no response whatsoever. Get your windows somewhere else! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I’d cancel if I could, but they’ve got $10k of my money! Edit: December 17/18: Our windows were finally installed a few weeks ago. The installers were fantastic and the finished product is great. We are happy with the end result, we just wish it didn’t take so long.

After many discussions with management an agreement in our favor was finalized. Window in door replaced and looking good. Our faith has been restored in Fersina. Installers were great and certainly knew what they were doing.

Fersina windows replaced four windows in our century home last week and we could not be happier with the results. The windows are cambered at the top and we are very happy with the workmanship and how they match the windows on the rest of our house. The people who installed the windows were punctual, exceptionally neat, and very personable. We would highly recommend Fersina windows.

So dissappointed! the only good thing about our experience was the installers! After many headachs and stories from staff we are finally told our deffective door has NO warranty! One year old! After many discussions with management an agreement in our favor was finalized. Window in door replaced and looking good. Our faith has been restored in Fersina.

In 2015, we renovated our historic home, built in the late 1800's. We were looking for a window style that would compliment our home, but would also be efficient in the winter. The windows and garden doors that we purchased from Fersina satisfied both of these requirements. Fersina was able to colour-match the pain on the exterior of the windows, to match our home. The windows look beautiful, work perfectly, and overall, we were very happy with the service we received from Fersina.
