My husband and I purchased all of our appliances for our new home from Faulkers. Gord and his staff were informative, extremely helpful and after visiting several other well-known appliance stores, they gave us the best price by a long shot. Delivery was quick and easy. Overall a fantastic experience.

I went to Faulkner's yesterday when I discovered my existing fridge had stopped working, after first visiting three of the large retail appliance stores. The large retailers were consistent in their price with varying delivery dates (i.e. ten days to two months). Not only was I offered a better price than all the others, Gord and his staff contacted the Electrolux warehouse in Mississauga to ensure that the Electrolux model I wanted was in stock, They picked up the unit this morning and delivered it promptly this afternoon when promised. The delivery men did an excellent job, even removing the existing fridge for me. So, within twenty-four hours, I had a new fridge delivered, set up, and working to perfection! I could never have received such service from one of the big box appliance retailers. In a day and age when true customer service is often what separates one retailer from another, Faulkner's takes its commitment to excellent customer service very seriously. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our salesperson, Faouzi, was willing to spend lots of time talking with us about various options and was willing to share his personal experiences which helped a lot in making our choices. We were able to purchase some scratch and dent items at excellent prices and the regularly priced items also were reasonably priced. They were willing to hold our items until we were ready for delivery and when we were ready they were able to deliver when we needed it. The delivery guys were great considering the challenging layout of our home. Would highly recommend for appliances. Thank you for all your help Faouzi!

Great Experience! It was obvious after visiting Faulkner's that their strength is superior product knowledge, customer service & friendly relaxed atmosphere. Delivery crew was prompt, courteous & caring. Very pleased with the great service & great price! By far our BEST major appliance purchase experience in the past 20 years.

We bought a Samsung washer/dryer combo from Faulkner's and received very good service. Visiting the store was a pleasant experience as the staff wasn't pushy at all. They provided us with information on the products without pushing for the sale. Faulkner's prices are very reasonable. We only found one store that offered the same product at a similar price. Everyone else was more expensive. Setting up delivery was easy and inexpensive ($45). The first delivery attempt was botched by me (!!!). The staff at Faulkner's was understanding and accommodated me by delivering the very next day. Delivery and installation was quick and professional. They installed the new machines on the spot, though a hose that came with the product was too short, so that I had to buy a longer one and install that myself. No problem. The delivery staff left the site clean and without any scratches. Absolutely recommended. Especially the service is so much better than at the big chain stores.

My and my partner purchased gas range,washer and dryer at home show from Fred. As you see with other reviews, Fred not only displayed that his prices were competitive but he was a blast to speak with. The delivered our items in three business days, a day late as we were in the midst of moving and asked them to delay it. They even disposed of our old appliances for free. EXCELLENT SERVICE from Faulkner's.

I purchased the top-of-the-line Samsung front-loading washer-dryer combinations for my new home. Faulkner's price was slightly higher than another vendor in Toronto, but I was recommended to use them by a friend and I typically try to support local vendors. When I met with the owner to originally inquire about the purchase, he made a point to say that his delivery & installation people were better since they were employee's and not contracted services (a disproven point as you'll see). The 2 delivery & installation guys arrived early. They proceeded to have a loud obnoxious argument with swearing outside their truck that was heard by all my new neighbours. This should have been an indicator of how the delivery was going to ultimately proceed. They moved the washer/dryer units into my basement laundry room, scratching the outside of each washer & dryer with their moving straps. They hooked up my laundry but had no tools to deal with the dryer vent height difference (due to the pedestals). They also didn't recommend or adjust the dryer door hinge. So basically I had this fancy new equipment that was unusable. So much for their "installation services". The final kicker - they left their massive amount of packing cartons and styrofoam in the middle of my driveway rather than taking it back with them. Every other furniture delivery company takes their packing waste with them - but not Faulkner's I called their office to complain and have them pick it up, and was told they'd be back. They never showed. After 2 weeks, I still can't get rid of this waste through the City of Toronto (they keep refusing the pick it up so I'll be forced to visit Canadian Tire to purchase garbage bag tags. I'm tempted to toss it into my truck and return it to their store. My next appliances - WON'T come from Faulkner's.

Purchased gas range, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer at home show from Fred. Prices were very competitive and items delivered as promised. They even disposed of our old appliances for free. Overall, I am very happy with Faulkner's service.

Nice people to work with. We needed all parts to the kitchen due to a complete house reno. Helpful and knowledgeable they were accommodating when we changed the design of the kitchen. Great prices, we spent a long time shopping around and they match price with quality very well. The true test of any appliance supplier is their after sales service - when we had an issue with power (turned out to be nothing to do with the appliance) they were quick to respond with a maintenance guy. Recommended.
