Jason was sent to our place and he was fantastic. He arrived within a few hours of the call. He seemed very knowledgeable, and explained the situation and our options clearly. As the work progressed, he kept me in the loop and provided lots of suggestions. In our experience, ExpressRouter is professional, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely call on them again (although I hope I never have to!).

Amazing !! We've been having problems with clogged sinks in the kitchen and basement. Within and hour of calling, Jason came to our house and fixed the issue. He's extremely knowledgeable and left us with lots of helpful advice.

The same toilet that I wrote about in November began to flush and fill by itself particularly in the overnight hours (scary - could there be a ghost?). Called ExpressRooter back again. Vlad came to investigate and found that the flush valve had been installed incorrectly as the floater was hitting the chain from the flush lever. Moreover, the flapper was corroded. Vlad took the toilet apart, made the necessary adjustments, and replaced the flapper. I also showed him another toilet in the house that had lost its shut off handle. He replaced the entire shut off valve. Thank you Vlad and thank you ExpressRooter.
