Jason G showed up on time and was very professional and polite. He explained everything to me in detail and tried to make the issue less scary. He was good to my cat too. I liked dealing with him and would call him again.

We had a clogged drain in our shower. I had tried to snake it myself without much luck. Once I gave up and called ExpressRooter, they came the same day and had it cleared in less than 10 minutes. Good, quick service and reasonably priced.

I had a problem with water in my finished basement and was very worried that it would be ruined. Within an hour Jason arrived, as he said he would. The problem was diagnosed (main drain clogged and broken sewer pipe)...and the drain was snaked and cleared..with the camera I could see exactly what the problem was and now can be proactive in fixing it. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous...very happy he came out late on family day! My basement survived thankfully....I would definitely use this company again.

We had water leaking into our basement and hired Express Rooter to do the waterproofing. Although they were the most expensive quote we got, we decided to go with them because of their reputation and link to Holmes on Homes. We also felt comfortable spending more money because they came with a 25 year warranty. They did the work, but we did have one issue. They left a hole open from the side of our house to our basement. We asked that they cover it in case it rains so no mud/rain will come in. They assured us this didn't have to be done. The rain came and we ended up with muddy water in our basement. Needless to say, we were very upset about that. I don't know if they're worth the money they charge.

We renovated an old house downtown in Little Italy. Anyone who's done a renovation knows how challenging the process is because once the walls and ceilings are opened up, problems come to light. In addition, it's hard to find a good plumber who can expertly work with the old copper plumbing systems. Vlad at Express Rooter did an excellent job, installing new toilets, bathroom sinks, rain showers, soaker tub, kitchen faucets, and washing machines. Considering the amount of work involved, the price was reasonable & fair. There's no other plumber in Toronto who could have done the job so quickly and with such expertise. We are very happy with Express Rooter's work, and so was the plumbing inspector who approved everything on inspection.

As good as a plumbing experience can get. Vlad was professional, pleasant, clean and tidy. On time, and on budget. I would both hire him again and recommend ExpressRooter Inc to friends who need an expert plumber.

I really can't thank everyone enough for all the quick responses and assistance. Especially since my drain lines needed to be replaced during the holidays! Absolutely everyone has been fantastic and my drains were replaced and back to use in no time!
