We had leaky facets in my kitchen and bathroom for a long time. It started from a very small amount then it was leaking more and more. Finally i searched for plumbers, found this company. They seems to have a reasonable price so i had them to fix. This guys are so quick, professional, and affordable. Very happy with their service!

When we noticed our basement drains backing up and flooding a little we called ExpressRooter as we had used them previously in replacing a toilet stack. During the initial appointment the technician snaked the basement line with a camera and discovered backup due to tree roots growing into the pipes. He was very straight forward with us from the beginning letting us know that the visibility wasn't great and that they wouldn't know how far the damage went without opening the ground. They ended up needing to replace more of the piping than we anticipated, but now that the pipes are all plastic with a lifetime warrantee we never need to worry about roots invading again. It was an unexpected cost that was definitely hard to swallow, but the quick way it was dealt with definitely helped.

We contacted ExpressRooter to look into a leaking pipe which turned out to be a lead pipe that needed to be removed and replaced with a copper pipe. The entire experience was pretty much perfect from beginning to end - they were thorough, communicative, professional, and did a great job. I would recommend ExpressRooter to anyone.

After much research on the plumbing companies servicing Toronto, I decided to call Express Rooter. The entire staff was amazing. I worked closely with Melissa and Marcin. Marcin worked around my hectic schedule to visit the house, review and quote the work required stemming from the findings during the home inspection. Marcin explained the details of the work required to bring the plumbing up to code. Marcin also identified potential future issues due to poor home maintenance habits. A detailed quote and scope of work was emailed as promised within two days after my initial meeting. Marcin and team completed the work on time and in budget as promised. He even went above and beyond by installing a laundry sink after removing the old unit. It was a very nice surprise to see the sink and faucet hooked up. Marcin is now on my speed dial for all upcoming home reno plumbing improvements and regular maintenance. It will be a pleasure to refer Marcin and team to my family, friends and colleagues in search of a plumber. I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Express Rooter. I write a review regarding the great service we received last night. I called your hotline and was able to get a service guy out to our house within the hour. Vlad was able to identify that the leak in our kitchen was our faucet and gave us three options to choose from as a replacement. Vlad was able to complete the work within a timely fashion and was quite pleasant. Thank you for providing us with a quick fix and not having to disrupt our working day with a household repair. Express Rooter has superlative service. I have been a client for almost three years. They are prompt, careful and the work is superlative. Vlad is the BEST. This time he worked for over 8 solid hours--nonstop, removing old pipes carefully, installing new pipes so perfectly it looked like artwork, and installed a dryer vent. I always ask for Vlad since he has now repaired/replaced most of the house plumbing--and he gives great advice as well. He is exceptional and now I don't worry anymore knowing that Express Rooter (and Vlad) are there for me night and day, weekend or not. As well, Vlad was so conscientious he recommended another superlative company to dig into my basement to instal proper and safe pipes. They too were excellent and wonderful people (PV Drain Services Co, Vasyl) which added to the cost by 1500 but the work was necessary and neat, fast, and exceptional quality/safety. Vlad should be the employee of the year--and Express Rooter is the best plumbing company--quality of work and trust is exceptional. Thank you.

Very professional crew. All communication with Express Rooter was positive. They showed up when they said they would and they completed the job when they said they would. Good job!

Vlad was great. knowledgeable, quick and reasonable. He also helped me get to the bottom of a mould mystery in my ceiling and a water pressure issue as part of his visit.

We had a backup occur in our basement laundry room as well as a drain found in the wall of our bathroom. We called DrainRescue who did the original camera inspection and drain snake. They then gave us a quote for replacing a five foot section of pipe with dual clean outs. (The same service as late quoted by ExpressRooter). The plumber at drain rescue also found another issue where the pipe leaves our house (misalignment) which he said is likely to be an issue in the future and recommended pipe bursting the entire "clay" pipe. I contacted ExpressRooter for a second opinion and a quote. Jason came and we had a second video inspection done to allow for an accurate quote. Immediately from the colour camera (DrainRescue used a black and white model which may have made the material assessment of the pipe difficult) used he could tell it was not a clay pipe, it was asbestos. In addition when inspecting the second "problem area" found by DrainRescue he ran the water and showed that the misalignment was not in the path the waste water travels in. It was at the top of the pipe and likely there since it was initially installed (1960's house). There was only a need to replace the section of pipe where the tree root had caused damage. There was a small issue during installation as we had requested that the clean outs were put below grade and had to remind them afterwards and have the height corrected lower, still not exactly where planned but it is acceptable and Jason offered to have it cut lower if we wanted it done. Overall I am very happy with working with Jason and the team at ExpressRooter. He gave honest advice and competitive prices. He also answered other plumbing questions I had asked him while onsite.
