When we bagan looking for a painter to paint our home we made quite a few calls and received many diverse quotes. Our living / dining / kitchen is open to the rest of the house and flows to the upsatirs and to the downstairs areas. This created an issue with many of the painters due to the different levels and we wanted ideas as how to break the areas into sections to better define our space. The day that Massimo came over was the day we got our answers. Everyone was humming and hawing and never had any ideas for us to look over. Executive Touch painters recently came into my home,to do a very big job, I have a 3400sq ft home and just about every inch needed to be re painted.(not mention the 22 ft ceilings) Massimo, the owner who also worked hands on for this job had a stiff budget and timeline to work with, not only did he come under budget, he came a full day under the deadline. His personal service and committment to me meant more than anything. The after sales service was amazing,4 months after the job was done, some paint on the outside garage had begun to peel(due to weather) before I hung up the phone, he was here repairing the damage.Thats service! how can you go wrong then the owner of the company is the one who is doing the painting!!! Massimo performed his obligation professionally and on time. An exterior finishing or re-coating of original paint was sanded, cracks filled. In our case, wood panelling was rotted in an area which was not visible, Massimo insisted this be repaired, otherwise he would not continue to paint, it would be a blatant irresponsible thing to do and in turn create a bigger problem at a later date. He performed the repair work himself and clearily felt that this signature of professional conduct is what he represents as a painter/technical craftsman. Prices are not "bargain mentality: but you receive quality and after the job guarantees, that in my mind is worth it all, especially when the finished product looks as good as ours. Job Well Done!! Massimo did a great job painting our bungalow. All rooms were painted using quality paint. He worked long hours to complete the job before moving in. He recently did some general contract work in the kitchen tore out the cupboards and removed the broomcloset. Replastered a wall and part of the ceiling and of course, painted the kitchen. He was professional, took the time to get the job done right. I highly recommend Executive Touch Painters. I was not disappointed with his work.
