From the first time I walked in the showroom and throughout my selection process, I received super customer service. The sales lady I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and able to guide me in the direction I needed to go. She was able to clearly explain the way the different hardwoods and laminates would wear depending, of course, on the traffic volume. Thus, she was able to suggest appropriate flooring for my needs.

We are very unhappy with the service we received with Exclusive Floors. We have had to have two service technicans in to our home- both of which were late arriving. The gaps in our laminate flooring are 1 inch. When we called for service, I asked the technican how many times I would need to call the company in before they finally decide to fix the flooring, rather than simply knock it back into place- as clearly the spaces were not measured right. He shrugged. I commented, until the warranty is up? Again no comment. So I asked that a manager contact me. The technician said he would relay the message and pushed me to sign off on his work order- and that was the LAST we have heard from this company. I have since called in NUMEROUS times- only to be told now that our warranty is now up. WE WOULD NOT RECOGMEND THIS COMPANY

I went to Exclusive Floor Sales to purchase flooring for my new home. I was pleased with their customer service and how they assisted me despite the fact that I had a difficult time deciding which colours I wanted. They gave me samples that I could try with the other pieces in my room. I would recommend this company to others also looking for new flooring.

We are very pleased that we chose to have our Hardwood Flooring installed by Exclusive Floors in Surrey. The installers did an excellent job, and the maple hard wood we had put in was just beautiful. We had them installed over 6 years ago now, and they still look brand new. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family.

they are well educated on their products. they have proper people working ie subcontractors and what not and they guarantee thier products, which is great. ive never had a any problems with them, i would recommend them and do recommend them to my friends

Installed an engineered hardwood. You get what you pay for. The floor is staight and they were accurate, on time and personalable. Excellent job, great service and I would recommend them.
