They did everything right. The staff was helpful and courteous over the phone and the movers themselves were professional and efficient during the move. I really appreciated the flat rate fee, as that really took a lot of worry off my mind. I will definitely be contacting them for my next move and I can't think of anything they could have possibly have done better.

I read about Emerald on this website, and decided to give them a try. I had a relatively small move, so I asked for one mover only. Michael arrived on time and immediately put me at ease. He politely declined my offer to help, for which I was grateful. He proceeded to do all of the work without rushing, taking meticulous care not to damage any of my antique furniture. Had a great experience with Emerald, and specifically with movers Dave and Mike. They were on time, organized, pleasant, and attentive to my moving needs. They made sure to keep the place clean and went above and beyond their duty in providing assistance protecting my floors from being scratched by the furniture.
