We are thrilled with the new patio and front walkway Elite has just finished installing! We followed their advice on the design and the finished appearance exceeds our expectations, and even before the project was finished neighbours made a point of coming by to compliment the job. From the initial consultation to the final sealing, Raffy, Marcelo and every member of the work crews were models of professionalism, making this the most painless renovation we’ve ever undertaken. Every step was clearly explained, every question we had throughout the process was patiently answered and each and every worker was unfailingly polite. The guys genuinely took pride in their work, which is reflected in the quality of the workmanship. They were also exceptionally tidy, clearing up at the end of each day. A job very well done!

Our porch was falling apart and we sourced out Elite Designed Concrete to provide us with a quotation for the demolishing and rebuilding of it. I called Raffy, we made an appointment, he attended our home and provided a quote. We had other contractors that bid but chose Elite based on their reviews on Homestars and the overall comfort and confidence we got from Raffy when he came over. Raffy arranged for drawings to be prepared by an engineer so we could submit for the permit. We did have to schedule further into the season because they were very busy. But when the job started their staff were great, professional and courteous, Marcello was always available and very effective. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. Elite Designed Concrete delivered what they promised with no hassles.

I called Raffy in the spring to re-seal and clean an oil stain on our driveway that he did a few years ago. He sent Felix to wash the driveway and he did a wonderful job. Raffy came later to do the re-seal and clean the oil stain. The driveway looks brand new again and we are so proud and pleased. Thank you again Raffy and team. Another job well done. Again, they are very well recommended by us.

Elite just completed a project at our house that included replacement of concrete floor in the garage and building a trench drain in front of the garage. Raffy, Marcelo, Leo and the rest of their crew were extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Once they started, the project was completed very promptly and efficiently with great attention to detail and no trouble for us at all. They did a perfect job building a long drain in the middle of flagstone in front of the garage with absolutely no damage to any stones. They were very accommodating, answered all our questions and indulged our requests. At the end, they left the site perfectly clean. Their customer service and quality of work is the best, and we highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Elite did a fantastic job for our backyard and side walkway last fall. We were so happy with the beautiful backyard. We decided to sign up with him last winter for the driveway and retaining wall in the front. They came in June and started the work on the front. Marcelo and his crew were great giving us ideas on shaping the driveway and retaining wall. They moved the existing stones back and expanded the driveway. It turned out marvelous.
