After 2 years of researching various ideas and planning for our exterior renovation to our new home, we decided to go forward with Elite Concrete with Raffy and Marcello. Elite helped us to coordinate the whole project which included the drawing plan for the project, finding a subcontractor for our new cedar deck, the concrete work and finish the complete landscape design. What I am impressed with Elite is Raffy is very responsible from the very beginning to the end of the project. Whenever you have a question, he responds quickly. Whenever there is an issue, he deals with it and take care of them. I don't have to call several times to follow up. They care about their reputation and they are accountable. This is very important to me especially with reno. contractor and I have a very busy schedule. Marcello and his crew are nice and professional. They paid attention to details, workmanship is good and they cleaned up the site everyday. Let’s put it this way, if I have a chance to do it again, I will still go with Raffy and Elite. A professional and accountable contractor is not easy to find. Keep up your good work!

I am really impressed by how great my driveway looks again. The City of Toronto had to break out a big section to repair a broken underground water valve and they just patched it back with asphalt. The City paid me to rehire Elite Designed Concrete to remove their asphalt and reinstate the stamped concrete so that it matches their previous work on my driveway, and it does, even though Raffy was worried that it may not. Their service, work ethic and attitudes are excellent. Special thanks to Raffy, Marcelo and your great staff. You are awesome!

My husband and I found Elite Designed Contrete on Homestars and decided to have our driveway done. It was to replace a worn out asphalt drive. Raffy quoted us a price, gave us a choice of colour and design and answered all my questions...even the dumb ones. Marcello and the guys poured the driveway and did an exceptional job. All the guys working for Elite are friendly hardworking people who were happy to tell me what they were doing every step of construction. Since they have finished, my husband and I have had many compliments on the design and colour of the finished product. Thanks Raffy, Marcello and all the guys. My front step and walkway look FABULOUS! It truly is an amazing piece of artwork that has received so many compliments from family and friends. In my opinion, it's the best on the street and my neighbors are all jealous for sure! Raffy, Marcello and their team were very professional and provided great customer service by answering all my questions in a timely manner. They even gave me some wonderful advice along the way. Three things this company did very well: 1. showed up when they said they would and kept in close contact throughout the project- no surprises 2. Listened to me, the home owner, with ideas of how to handle specific issues and didn't just try to do what was the easy solution 3. Where very concerned about product quality, not just trying to get it done quick. The concrete work turned out exceptionally well, no cracks, no surface spalling, etc. it looks just like we hoped it would.

When we first decided that we wanted to do some work on our family home, we wanted only one thing and that was the best we could find, because this is our home. Like most we have watched all the renovation shows and understood the importance of finding the right contractor. We had seen some of the work that was done around our neighborhood by others and did not want to make the same mistakes our neighbors had made and we did not want to cut any corners. When we first contacted Elite, Raffy came out and not only gave us a quote, but he took the time understood what we wanted and made suggestions on how to improve our vision, no false promises. We also understood the entire process from start to finish which was much more than any of the others that came out. Our project by far was not the biggest project, but you and your crew made us feel as important as any project and that is very hard to find in this day and age. Elite put in a concrete driveway and front steps for us. The end result looks great and we are very happy with their work. They kept to the project timelines that they laid out at the beginning. Communication was consistent, clear and responses were timely. Their price was not the cheapest quote we received, but we feel we picked the right company for the job.
