    Exceeded Expectations!!!

    Driveway extensions, plantar boxes, and front veranda We first heard about Elite through friends who couldn't say enough good things about the company. Wanting to do our own due diligence of course, we read all the reviews, spoke to other references, and visited a few of their local projects. Everyone we spoke to raved about their quality of work and customer service. Now that our project is complete, we understand why. We can honestly say without doubt or hesitation that Elite has been the best contractor that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Here are a few things that they do exceptionally well:

    1) deliver as promised
    2) keep you informed every step of the way with progress updates
    3) meticulous attention to detail

    Marcello and his crew were always on time, courteous, responsive to questions/suggestions, and always left the work site tidy and clean. Even after final payment and inspection, we've had numerous follow-ups to ensure that we are 100% happy with the finished product.

    Elite concrete is the best

    concrete driveway My husband and I found Elite Designed Contrete on Homestars and decided to have our driveway done. It was to replace a worn out asphalt drive. Raffy quoted us a price, gave us a choice of colour and design and answered all my questions...even the dumb ones.
    Marcello and the guys poured the driveway and did an exceptional job. All the guys working for Elite are friendly hardworking people who were happy to tell me what they were doing every step of construction. Since they have finished, my husband and I have had many compliments on the design and colour of the finished product.
    Thanks Raffy, Marcello and all the guys. You did a fanastic job and the driveway looks exactly like I thought it would.

    Raffy, Marcello and their Team are AMAZING!

    Front Step and Walkway My front step and walkway look FABULOUS! It truly is an amazing piece of artwork that has received so many compliments from family and friends. In my opinion, it's the best on the street and my neighbors are all jealous for sure!
    Raffy, Marcello and their team were very professional and provided great customer service by answering all my questions in a timely manner. They even gave me some wonderful advice along the way. (Thanks Marcello, the better quality post light looks WONDERFUL!)
    I would definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to my friends.
    What an AWESOME job! Thanks guys!

    Driveway and pathway to backyard Our driveway is a piece of artwork, so many people come by and ask about it. Elite has top notch work and prefect customer service. Marcello is awesome and the whole team. We gave them ideas on what we wanted, the outcome blew us away. It was so prefect!!
    They are great with follow ups, making sure everything is still prefect. Recommend Elite to anyone who needs work done

    Excellent customer service and product quality

    backyard concrete patio Three things this company did very well:
    1. showed up when they said they would and kept in close contact throughout the project- no surprises
    2. Listened to me, the home owner, with ideas of how to handle specific issues and didn't just try to do what was the easy solution
    3. Where very concerned about product quality, not just trying to get it done quick. The concrete work turned out exceptionally well, no cracks, no surface spalling, etc. it looks just like we hoped it would.

    Front Concrete Walkway When we first decided that we wanted to do some work on our family home, we wanted only one thing and that was the best we could find, because this is our home.

    Like most we have watched all the renovation shows and understood the importance of finding the right contractor. We had seen some of the work that was done around our neighborhood by others and did not want to make the same mistakes our neighbors had made and we did not want to cut any corners.

    When we first contacted Elite, Raffy came out and not only gave us a quote, but he took the time understood what we wanted and made suggestions on how to improve our vision, no false promises. We also understood the entire process from start to finish which was much more than any of the others that came out.

    Our project by far was not the biggest project, but you and your crew made us feel as important as any project and that is very hard to find in this day and age. The attention to detail and the professionalism at every stage of the project was second to none. We were so impressed as each crew came in and did there specific assignment and with you Marcelo, who oversaw the entire project and let us knew exactly what was happening and when.

    We have received so many compliments on our walkway from Family and Friends as well as those who were just passing by.

    Again thank you for all your efforts and professionalism and attention to detail. It has truly been a pleasure to deal with Elite.

    Our project with Elite exceeded expectations

    Stamped concrete driveway and steps Elite put in a concrete driveway and front steps for us. The end result looks great and we are very happy with their work. They kept to the project timelines that they laid out at the beginning. Communication was consistent, clear and responses were timely. Their price was not the cheapest quote we received, but we feel we picked the right company for the job. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

    Top Notch Crew

    Concrete Walkway and Patio Elite has caused quite a stir in my neighborhood...

    The Elite crew, and there are many, are all top notch friendly hard workers that take pride in their trade. We are very happy with our new patio and walkway from our driveway to our front door. This is the most durable building material with many state of the art 'sealing' technologies..
