Just a note to reiterate how customer focused Raffy, Marcelo and the whole Elite crew are. We had extensive, custom work done a couple of years ago which needed retouching because of our inclement Canadian winter season. I contacted Raffy via email to ask if we could set up a time to have the minor fixes done and, while they were at it, to rewash and re-seal all the concrete. Barely a couple of hours later Nico showed up at the house and began working! I was speechless and beyond happy. I was also advised that the re-sealing was not yet necessary as the concrete was in good shape and still protected with the sealant they applied a couple of years ago. Again, I was left speechless. There is no other company that we have ever dealt with that continue to provide valuable, honest, courteous service. This company is aptly named. We had an excellent customer experience dealing with Raffy, Marcello and their respective teams when we completed our stamped concrete project almost 3 years ago now. Having dealt with many contractors in the past, it was refreshing to work with a company that actually cared and who always delivered on their promises. During our initial consultation, Raffy assured us that the finished product would last the test of time and that they would always be around if there were ever any issues. We were a little skeptical at first, as we have heard that promise many times over from other contractors who were never to be found again after the final payment was made. Well let me tell you that Elite Designed Concrete is definitely NOT like many other companies. Their after-care service has FAR exceeded all of our greatest expectations. Like I said, it’s been almost 3 years and we still get cards every holiday season from them, and Raffy still comes by every spring, whenever he’s in the neighborhood, to make sure everything is still looking perfect. We have a neighbor who had stamped concrete installed by a different company in the fall of 2012. In less than a year, their project has already started cracking, crumbling and falling apart. Every time they walk by our house now, they tell us how they wish they had used Elite Designed Concrete instead.

Raffy and Marcelo are one of the most honest and reliable contractors I have ever hired. This was based on 2 previous projects which seen a building of a new custom house and a total renovation at my current house. From the time Raffy came to quote on the job to Marcelo working on the finishing touches, they kept me informed on the process and any issues they saw ahead of time. They were always punctual and their work was immaculate. We were elated at the final results. The pool deck was complimented by many of our neighbors and friends. Even our pool company that renovated our pool thought the deck was one of the nicest they have seen. We will definitely be going back to them when it's time to renovate our driveway and front porch.

Elite transformed our latest modern gem into a magazine worthy entertaining masterpiece. Raffy and Marcelo have become like family- I introduce them to all my customers, gosh- I used them on my own home! My husband and I hired Elite in the summer of 2011 to replace an old cracked and heaved pool deck and interlocking patio/walkways with patterned concrete. At the same time, we decided to have a small garden area in the front of our house done (nothing ever grew there because it didn't get any light) and to have an overlay installed on our front porch. Elite did an amazing job! Everything looks great and many of our neighbours have stopped to admire the work. The epilogue to this is that -- through no fault of Elite -- the pool deck heaved again in the spring of 2012 because of a leak in the stairs. We had to have our beautiful deck ripped out to have the stairs replaced! I was heartsick! But Elite came back and once again did a superb job of matching the new concrete to the old and offering suggestions on how to separate the two areas with bands of another colour to make it look like we fully intended it! I can't wait to have the driveway done. Raffy and Marcelo are great to work with.

Raffy and Marcelo were amazing. From beginning to end they were there for us – from helping us with the design of the patio, answering our questions and even finishing off every last detail. Our disaster of a backyard has been transformed into an amazing modern patio (we went with the limestone finish that they offer) that we will be spending so much of our time in now. Only advice is book them early as they are extremely busy – just a testament to how good they are! We searched for a while for a company to complete our patio in keeping with the design of our recently renovated home. I found out about Elite Designed Concrete from my neighbour who hired them to build their project a couple of years ago. I called Raffy to visit my house and provide a quote and some design ideas. I immediately felt comfortable with Raffy and decided to hire Elite to build my project also. They were very busy so I had to wait a few months for them to start. Marcelo came before the work started to help design my project and provide more details. He also cooridnated the the different crews. Once the concrete work was completed and sealed, Raffy arranged to have the driveway paved with asphalt in between the new stamped concrete curbs. They even installed topsoil around the new concrete when they were done. I was impressed with how organized Elite was in making sure the work progressed well. My neighbours regularily tell me how wonderful the work looks and I am very happy with the quality and service also. I have already them recommended them to friends.
