We called Eagle Doors to come and replace our old locks with new ones because the older ones were broken. The installation was quick and done for a reasonable cost. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

We recently purchased a house in Richmond Hill, and needed two deadbolts installed. We purchased the 2 grade one locks and just needed the installation. We were quoted $125.00 for the service, but it ended up being $165. I didn't mind paying the extra amount however, because Carlos our locksmith was terrific. Would highly recommend him,

After the great job Eagle Doors did replacing my front door hardware, I asked George to install a front door security rail and to weatherproof the entrance. What was once a flimsy entrance is now solid and secure. In addition, George took the time to repair the screen door there the opener had torn away from the door jamb. The metal reinforcement was excellent, and the door works great again. I will not hesitate to use Eagle Doors again.

After many years, we finally decided to improve the hardware on our front door. I had many questions and Jorge was very patient and knowledgeable. I was thrilled and the quality of his work. Now I will hire him again to replace the door trim and reinforce our entrance with his security hardware.

We recently purchased a resale house, and just wanted to have all locks to exterior doors rekeyed. Jorge came the day of our appointment, and determined that rekeying might not work as the locks to our doors were from the '70s, and suggested that we should replace all the locks (he did leave the rekeying option open for us to consider, but the rekeying process could destroy the existing locks). He was very knowledgeable regarding locks, and was making good recommendations. The quote to replace all locks was a lot more than we expected to pay for just rekeying. We were not pressured into making the decision right away. In the end, we did decide to go with the package that Jorge recommended, and Jorge performed the tasks within the time frame that he had said it would take. We are satisfied with the work that he did for us, and he had promised that he will come back to reinstall the expansive lock that we used for our front door, as we told him that we plan to re-finish the solid wood door later on, and will have to take the lock out. In the hindsight, the only thing that I wish I could have done is asking for a detailed breakdown of all costs associated with the work that he recommend. I had to ask Jorge to write down all the numbers, after the work is done, it was done on a piece of paper that I found on my kitchen table.

Our front door lock was broken and after reading the reviews we called Eagle Locksmiths. George came the same day and did a great job replacing the lock and fixing our door. We would use this service again and would recommend it to anyone.
