Tony and his crew were exceptional. A couple years ago, they did our backyard patio and pathway on the side of our house. They did and awesome job then so we called them back to do the front of our house. They delivered more amazing results. Neighbours are still ranting and raving on the incredible and profesional workmanship. Tony worked within our budget, was easy to talk to and gave great insight to the design. They came when they said they would come, finished the job in the projected time they said they would. Clean up was efficent and they made slight changes on our behalf to the original design. Tony and the team were very professional and even made some very good recommendations that we adopted and are very happy with. After 3 years of planning and researching, talking and getting estimates from 8 landscapers, I decided to go with Duralock for my backyard landscaping. The Sales Manager Tony is always helpful, has good sense of design concept and always keeping my best interest and budget in mind. On May 1, Tony led his crew worked on my backyard and they delivered outstanding workmanship and result within 4 days. The work includes retaining wall, sit walls with columns, install drainage pipes, landscaping with proper slope, and double soldier course for patio and walkway, install pattern inlays for the main area, and landscaping for gardens. Tony is down to earth hands on and very knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, organized and efficient, and he is a great leader. His crew is hardworking and professional. Tony made good suggestions on stone colours and pattern designs, he took time to discuss the options with me, walking thru the landscape area together with me to ensure I am happy with the choice, this avoided big mistakes being made as I received wrong colour samples for the stone supplier! Tony is not going to do something just because the client asked for it, he always provides his expert advice, and he is right. His work consists of solid structure and quality material. And the result is amazing. Tony also did many extras for me, like planting big trees and move heavy water fountains, taking away existing stones, etc without the extra charge. He is a generous and kind person. Since the backyard landscaping completed, we have received so many complements from pass-bys and we have stayed in the backyard every day – it is the paradise of our own. Duralock completed our landscaping work professionally and timely. We were very satisfied with Paul and Peter's crew. They endured extreme heat over the 4 days it took to complete the work. Our experience from the intial meeting with Ahmed to the completion exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Duralock to anyone looking for small or big jobs.

We had Duralock quote us on redoing our driveway and walkway to our backyard. They also redid our front entrance where it used to have steps going from our driveway we now have new steps going from the front. We also decided last minute to extend the interlock in the backyard and they accommidated our request with new problems. They took approx 3 1/2 days to complete this project. The job was done quickly and the crew always cleaned up after themselves. They even put down new soil on our neighbours lawn where some of the gravel had been dumped. The result was beautiful! Our neighbours can't beleive have fast and professional they were. i would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Will use them again in the futre with no hesitations.
