I called Dupont to come out and give me a quote on installing a new air conditioner. They came out and took a look around and explained to me what equipment I needed and gave me a quote. The day of installation the guys showed up late. The guys seemed respectful and courteous but had no direction. They sent me a guy who doesn;t speak english very well and another guy who seemed was just learning. I was very weary about the whole experience. One year later I started having problems with my air conditioner. It took several appointments and technicians to tell me that nothing was wrong with my air conditioner. I called another company to come out and they fixed my problem within 30 minutes. It seems that the thermostat needed changing and everything works great now. With a fumbling installation and technicians that can't figure out simple problems I would never use these guys again. I have since transferred my warranty to another company.

Louie from Dupont Heating was very punctual (10 minutes ahead of schedule!) and courteous to my wife. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Yes, I would recommend this company to my mother. In fact, when my elderly parents' AC conked this past summer, my father insisted that I call Mario at Dupont. He had done service work at their house before (replace furnace humidifier and tune-ups on their ancient furnace), and they were very happy with the personal care received. The AC was installed within 2 days, nice clean job. The service technician took the time to explain how to maximize the component's efficiency and extend its life. Absolutely no complaints.

I chose Dupont to install a new high- efficiency gas furnace and humidifier after comparison with other contractors, based on the total heating solution offered with compatibility for future HVAC enhancements (e.g. tankless water heater, air conditioning), product line (Carrier), pricing and job scheduling. The work was completed efficiently and on time, including duct work, new venting, new thermostat, provision of a chimney liner to ensure that the existing hot water tank would operate properly alongside the new furnace, and removal and disposal of the old furnace. The Dupont service technicians were professional and courteous, finished the job in one day, and left the new furnace area clean and free of debris. Dupont also arranged for the application of the government rebate and registration of the new furnace and humidifier to the product company so that the warranties would be in effect. Altogether, Dupont delivered excellent services under this contract.

We recently moved into our house and noticed a faint smell of gas in our basement. Enbridge arrived and confirmed the gas leak, shut off the gas but due to their company policy were not able to fix the pipe. We noticed that Dupont Heating & Air had installed a new furnace with the previous owner and we decided to contact them. Mario assessed our situation immediately, gave us a quote and assigned someone to replace a section of our pipe the next day. Thanks for making our home safe for us again!

MY AC went down just before the July long weekend. I got it going again myself, but it struggling to keep up and considering it was 14 or so yrs old it was time to change it out. I emailed Mario late in the evening with the specs of the current unit, size of house and he got back to me with his suggestions right away. I did a price check and his price was fair and it was a quality Carrier unit. The team came two days later to install. Clean install and same team that did a combination hot water for me at a condo last fall. Mario and team did a great job and was fair on a previous job so I used them again this time. I plan to use them in the future and would highly recommend

This was a big job. We had another quote for this project but their's came in under and for better parts. They had to remove all of our existing pipes and replace it with flexible pex pipe. The job was done really well. It did need a service call to adjust once the cold weather came as we did the job in July. They were prompt and really considerate and fixed the noise that was coming from the new system as it just needed tweeking. I would definitely call on them again.

We had our furnance and air conditioner installed by Dupont last fall, We found the team under Mario's direction to be extremely professional. The heating system worked beautifully during the winter. This spring we discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning correctly and failed totally on the hottest day this May. Mario arranged for a Saturday visit by the first technician but no success so the office send Eric :) to be that second set of eyes. Eric was fantastic he went right to work and problem solved, in short our air conditioner was repaired. Eric's knowledge of systems is uncanny. We had an amazing experience with Dupont. Our air conditioner broke down on a hot humid Saturday and we were in need of a quick replacement! Mario pulled out the stops to schedule us in as soon as possible on a Sunday afternoon so we would not need to miss work and importantly would have air conditioning ASAP. Marcus came to install our new unit and despite a complex job where he had to get access to our condo roof through another building, he was pleasant, upbeat, kind and wonderful to deal with. He worked quickly without interruption, cleaned up and was delightful to work with. Mario followed up later in the day to make sure all was ok and that everything was to our satisfaction! I could not ask for better service and would highly recommend this company!
