On very short notice Dupont came through in a pinch. I have used Dupont on several occasions in the past two years for all kinds of installations. They are always there when you need them.

Our furnace was leaking water and we couldn't figure out the issue so called Dupont on a friend's review. Could not be happier with the service; Sam was quick, friendly, and to the point. Showed me how to avoid the problem going forward. All communication leading up to the visit was easy and clear. Thanks for keeping us warm this season!

Amazing work ! Delroy and Andy did a fantastic job in installing our new Carrier AC unit. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. My wife and I are very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning

Louie et al installed our Boiler and Water Heater many years ago. We had regular servicing with very little change to the $ rate as the years went by. We have since replaced our water heater and our boiler required a new pump. Consistent loyal friendly service throughout, that kept us confident we were in professional hands. Today Louie came to my rescue. I had mistakenly put a 'hold' on a low temperature...so I thought the boiler was not working, as I was unable to raise the temperature. After quickly discovering my mistake, he became aware some of the rads had not been bled. Sensing he would make my life easier, he did this for me. So not only a gracious response to my mistake, I also got a helping hand along with a 'no charge' visit. Obviously a company where loyalty and respect, as indicated by Amanda at the front 'desk' for many years, are also part of their service mission.

We have dealt with Dupont Heating for more than 30 years. They replaced our furnace this year with a high efficiency model. They removed the old unit and made sure the new furnace and air conditioner were working properly. During a recent heat wave our ductless air conditioner started leaking water. I called Dupont and the owner Mario who came by the same day, diagnosed and fixed the unit-all on a Sunday! We have recommended Dupont to many of our neighbours and they have been very satisfied with the sales and service. They are especially good in fitting units in older homes. I first did business with Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning more that 20 years ago, and have been very happy with their service. However, my recent experience has been quite negative, and so I wanted to share it with others who might be considering the company. About 12 years ago, I purchased a water heater from Dupont H&AC on their recommendation. The water heater broke while (barely) under warranty, and then this year, broke again (not under warranty). When I contacted the company and expressed my concerns about the repairs this water heater required, I was told that they thought this was a good brand at the time they sold it to me, but that they later learned that it was not. When I asked for some financial accommodation for the necessary repair based on their recommendation, the response i received was (paraphrasing) that they thought the product was good at the time, and that subsequent repairs were my problem. I didn't feel this was an appropriate response, and asked to be put in touch with a manager/owner. I was told that I could email the person I was already in contact with, and they would forward my communication. It might well be that this was something they would do, but this response definitely left me with the impression that there was some serious gatekeeping going on, and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I'm currently in the process of contacting other companies to get quotes for either repairing or replacing my water heater. I don't know for sure that any of these companies will be better. However, based on my recent experience with Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning, I can confidently say that if you are looking for a long term relationship with an HVAC company, this is not the company for you. I was told my job was too small and that they could not do it because staff was told to "lay off the small jobs." So unless you are installing all new equipment and plan to spend $$$$$, I wouldn't bother giving them a call.

I have been dealing with them since 2013, they maintain and service my navien combination boiler, and furnaces They are fantastic to deal with and they are always prompt and reliable

Our A/C unit died in early July during one of our many heat waves. Pat from Dupont came to assess our needs which he did quickly and competently and Nicole helped to expedite its installation 7 days later. The team of Sirak and Colin did a masterful job to get it done before we all melted. In early October our gas furnace required maintenance as it wouldn't start. Hussan from Dupont was sent to look into it. He got it restarted but warned that it could happen again. It was scheduled for a cleaning a week later and Ahmed the technician from Dupont when he arrived to do so examined and started it and suggested that I not waste my money since the furnace at 15 years old would likely not last the winter. He was very professional and personable and without any sales pressure explained my options. Consequently we settled on a new Carrier furnace at a very reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised 6 days later when the team that arrived in early morning to install the furnace was Sirak and Colin once again. Naturally they again did a stellar job and worked well into the evening to finish. I would highly recommend Dupont for your heating and A/C needs and ask for Colin and Sirak for any installation.

We first dealt with Dupont approximately 15 years ago when my in-laws' furnace stopped working while they were away. The entire team were prompt, polite and professional and it was a very positive experience for my wife who had to babysit the house. When it came time to replace our home central air conditioning unit Dupont was our first (and only call). Mario (one of the owners) came out to our house, explained the various options, recommended a Carrier high efficiency unit and gave what I thought was a very reasonable price. After the unit was installed I was concerned that it might be a bit too close to the property line. I called Mario and he came back out to our house the same evening with a colleague and moved the unit. Fast forward to this year and, as the heat arrived, our Carrier stopped working properly. Dupont came out promptly and checked the unit and determined a part had to be replaced. Alas the part had to come from the US but Dupont kept us updated. The part arrived and was immediately installed under warranty. Alas, the next day (a Saturday) the unit did not appear to be working properly so I called back. Mario responded and said he would come out first thing Saturday morning and replace the thermostat which he did. When this did not appear to fix the problem Mario and a colleague came back out on Saturday evening and replaced the motor. Our air conditioner now seems to be working fine. While it was a little frustrating being without AC during a heat wave we recognize that things break down and sometimes the problem is not obvious. We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Dupont, and Mario in particular. In my view Mario went above and beyond. He made us feel like valued customers. We would not hesitate to recommend Dupont to anyone.
