Drain Rescue came to our house and quickly identified the issue with a blocked drain in our basement. They came the next day and replaced the old drain and were very efficient and completed the job quickly which was great. They had agreed to lift our bamboo flooring on the basis that I had someone replace it when the concrete was dry, which was fine with me and I agreed. However, they damaged SO MUCH of the flooring when they removed it that I can't have the job completed. I'm happy with the plumbing work they completed, but I'm not happy with the care they took in completing it. They must have known this was going to be an issue and didn't say anything while they were there... very disappointing!!! The manager agreed to locate and purchase replacement flooring and resolve the issue... over a week now and no contact from them. I've left a voice mail for him so we'll see if they live up to their promise.

I had a sewage backup in my laundry room on a holiday weekend. Dwayne came from Drain Rescue & assessed everything, using his camera etc. Within an hr. he sent Vasyl to start the work. Vasyl dug through concrete of more than 10ft in length through the basement hallway. By days end, there was a trench. Next day Vasyl & his son Andriy came & replaced the old clay pipes with new PVC ones. Although it was a very difficult job, at times in a small space & some problems arose, the father & son team worked non stop. Over several days & tunneling under the front lawn the job was completed with them even going beyond my expectations. Dwayne came or called several times, making sure everything was going on schedule, making me feel informed abt the job. I couldn't have asked for a better team or company to do this job. Hats off to Dwayne, Vasyl & Andriy from Drain Rescue!! Great job!!

We needed a plumber for an emergency drain problem. We looked in the yellow pages and picked DrainRescue. They came the next morning and quicley found the problems and and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable for what needed to be done. They got to work very quickley and the job was excellent. I was having a total drain back up in my basement. I tried to fix it myself and even rented a snake to unclog the drain. finally I called Drain rescue which I found online. He just happened to be in my neighborhood and came right over and unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes. He was fast, efficient and well priced. I have just had a service call to have my drain cleared. I have to tell you that Mike Parker, your technician cleared my drain quickly and cleanly. He was knowledgeable and well mannered. Our drain in the basement started to backup, I noticed this at 10:30 pm at night. I contacted Drain Rescue ( Harris Plumbing North ) talked to Steve who was very professional he told me he would have someone come out right away (at my request). Jeff W. who was there in an hour. He explained the services that were provided and their costs and then after my thumbs up went to work quickly. Basically there was a tree root which was blocking our sewer drain to the street, Steve removed the tree root and also took a Video of the problem. He made recommendations and worked very hard approx. 4 hrs to resolve this problem for us. Thank you very much for your courteous service and professionalism.
