My experience with Dr. Green has been top notch. Every time I had a concern I felt like I was being heard and the promised solution was always delivered. Each treatment was done on time with an advance notice. We had trouble with grubs and they were helpful with solutions. It's a household expense that I'm not fond of paying and Dr. Green's service makes it easier to take care of our property.

I am receiving Lawn care service from Dr.Green for at least 15 years. I am happy to say that I am satisfied from the service I am receiving. After the ban to use chemical for Grub control, last year first time I ordered the new treatment. I was not expecting a good result with Nematodes. But It worked vey well. Dr. Green also taking good care about the environment. Good Work...........

I have been treated with kindness and fairness when I have questioned the contract I made and then forgot, when I wanted the measurements of my yard rechecked, when I was billed for something I hadn't specifically noted that I did not want and was then refunded. All of these issues, which were significant to me at those times were treated extremely generously, more even than I had asked for or expected. So good for you Dr. Green. You seem to have a fine business ethic. I still have crab grass in my back yard but am assured this takes time. Soon I will be digging it up and anyway and further diminishing the size of my lawn. I recommend Dr Green to all those who have hesitations. It's worth the risk, and as well, it's safely green.

Our experience with your company has been very positive. When I call to ask questions, the person is always polite and friendly. If they cannot answer my questions, they find someone who can so that I always get what I called for. When we were having trouble with animals digging up the grass, a person came out within a couple of days and provided useful infomation to help solve the problem. We have been very pleased with the service your company has provided since we switched to your company. Your service is much better than the company we were with before. We will continue to use your company as our lawn care provider. I have one suggestion to make - please make sure that "Dr. Green" appears in the subject line when emailing me as I get a lot of junk email much of which I do not open and I don't want to miss the emails from you saying that you will be coming out etc.

For some reason, my husband has a great deal of difficulty in paying someone else to look after the lawn. He feels that it is his job and yet he HATES to do it. I used to have a lawn service company a few years ago, and it made him angry every time they came. So, after several years of his attempt to look after the lawn, it was looking pretty sad! Fertilizing once a season was just not doing it. So essentially, I fired him and hired you. The idea being that we would try it for a year and see if it made a difference? Well, we have pre-paid for the coming year. I think that speaks for itself. Plus my husband is on- board this time. The lawn looks great. we are still working on the weeds & crab-grass, but that should improve as our lawn gets healthier. Thanks for your help. I would highly recommend your company.

So far our experience is limited, however you crew came when they said they would, we're professional in appearance and got right to work. The bill we received was price as promised in the fall and I love the convenience of paying on line. Keep up the good work, we look forward to a weed free lawn this summer!
