We needed the hardware and the inner drawers replaced on a kitchen that Domani had installed almost 13 years ago. The service was excellent and we are thrilled with the results. Oscar really stands by his products.

We had our 20 year old kitchen taken out and a new one put in. It was completed August 2011. Ten months later we are still loving our kitchen. It is beautiful and well designed. Oscar was honorable and definetaly knows what he is doing. We are very pleased with the results. I can call him even now with questions and he gets right back to me. We will use him to update all our bathrooms!

An unusual size hinge to our 18 yr.old cabinets broke. It was for a rounded, corner cabinet door. The hinge was no longer manufactured and I had no success in locating a similar one. The original installer, Domani Kitchens,spent much time and effort searching. After 2 weeks, 2 hinges were delivered to me. No problem is too small for Oscar Visentin. His prompt and courteous customer service was exceptional. How satisfying it is to deal with a company that backs its product after so many years. Many thanks, ....Domenica

Oscar is very good at designing and had great vision, however, because we went through a General Contractor we found him expensive for the quality of materials that were used. The installers were very careless on our new hard wood floor by dropping skill saw and other tools. We also had to have the installers back on numerous occasions do what was originally paid for. On top of that, we found the installers to be dismissive and outright rude. Oscar is a great designer and has excellent customer service skills but he is expensive and we did not like the installers.

As far as the cost of the kitchen cabinets and your comment on the expense of it. Domani has been producing kitchens for over 20 years all over North America and has always priced its projects within a fair market value,based on Domani's excellent designs,products and services. Please rememmber that you've choosen the colors and materials as per you and your contrators agreed price point in your contract with them.I was just happy i could facilitate this and help the both of you to meet that price point. We are building a custom home in Lorne Park and could not find a good kitchen manufacturer. We were given Domani Kitchens number and told he was the best...that was not an understatement! From the get go, we told Oscar of Domani Kitchens what we wanted and he designed an incredible kitchen design with all our wants and needs in mind. He gave us some great advice on certain aspects of our dream kitchen, he managed to match the colours to the colours I wanted for our home, and he was always available to talk to if I had a question or concern. I had heard that the one major problem with a custom build was that the kitchens are ALWAYS delayed. The kitchen is never installed on time and most builds are delayed because of the kitchen not being ready when promised. I am VERY happy to say that our kitchen was ready to be installed at the exact time Oscar said it would be when we ordered several months prior. I am proud to display the street sign at my custom home for Domani Kitchens - I refer everyone who asks for a kitchen guy to Oscar as I feel confident he will treat them with great care, and ensure a most succesful project in the end.
