John and his crew were fantastic to work with. John was very communicative through the process. He took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied (I was). I was very pleased with the quality of work and the speed in which it was completed. Overall, a great contractor, highly recommended.

We hired Dilullo Restoration to replace some damaged bricks, do some tuck pointing and repair and waterproof an area around a crack in our foundation. John and his crew were professional and thorough throughout the process. Quoting, answering the phone, and finishing the work was all done very promptly. Workmanship was top quality and pricing was great considering it was a difficult site to access. John made sure we were happy with the work and was very accommodating with adjustments to get it all done the way we wanted.

While making arrangements to get a new roof put on my house because of a leak, I discovered that my chimney needed some repair before the roof could go on. A friend recommended Dilullo Restoration and it worked out very well for me. When I called the company to explain the situation and that there was some urgency, John got back to me in a timely fashion. He came to the house, explained what he would have to do and gave me a fair price for it. While he was here, I showed him other brickwork that needed repair and ultimately hired him to do both jobs at the same time. He was a bit delayed in starting the job because of issues at his own house, but he called to apologize for the delay and explain what was happening and when he would come. I was impressed by this level of communication. I live in an older home and John went out of his way to find bricks that closely matched those of the rest of the house. He touched up a few extra things as well. I was very happy with the work that was done by Dilullo Restoration. The place was clean afterwards and, overall, it was a very good experience.

John and his team were efficient, professional and punctual! He came to quote on a Tuesday and our work began Thursday. It was an amazing process to watch the repairs take shape. Today it is as if they were never here- We have a few other projects that we talked about after we saw the work and quality that John does. We will recommend him to everyone we can! I contacted Dilullo Restoration last week about repairing a front porch pillar. The concrete pad on top (holding up the porch roof) was crumbling and the bricks below required tuck pointing. I had already contacted two other masons, both of whom tried to make a much more extensive/ expensive "Project" of this than was necessary. John came over to our house promptly, quoted a very reasonable amount (which turned out to be lower), spoke to me respectfully and honestly -- which, as a woman, is especially appreciated. The next day, he sent one of his workers, Clarence, to our place to repair the problem. Clarence's work was top-rate -- as well as recreating a strong cement pad, it was also attractively built. Plus, the surroundings were clean when he left. John also provided us with some great advice regarding caulking various parts of our porch to keep it water-tight, and actually bought the appropriate caulking for us. He really went the extra mile -- and we are first-time Toronto homeowners, not owners of an upscale property. John has since provided us with (again, an extremely reasonable) quote on tuck pointing the entire side of our semi, and we will be using his company for this without hesitation. I am glad to have used Dilullo Restoration, a reliable, skilled masonry company, which I will strongly recommend to everyone.
