I need to get my duct clean as I prepare for a new AC & Furnace replacement. I contacted a few company and Dial One gave me one of the better and honest quote. The workers arrived on time and prepared. They explain to me what they plan to do and they even fix one of my duct covering. Yes, they use their own special vacuum equipments, as shown on their website, and not out of the back a van like most companies. I am very impressed with the work and they did a good job.

i had my ducts cleaned by dial one when i moved in 7yrs ago and only thought of dial one after construction in my basement. They are very thorough friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. Carol

I was very careful in choosing appropriate Duct cleaning services. I did a lot of research on how it works, what kind of equipment they should be using, are they certified or not, are they insured or not, do they clean Dryer or not, do they have limit of vents in what they are charging, do they use disinfectant or not etc. etc. After communicating with Jose for several weeks, I finally decided to go with Dial One. They did the cleaning last Saturday, very professional, courteous and expert in what they do, and now we are enjoying the clean air, excellent cooling.

I bought a townhouse where the original owners never cleaned the air ducts. To add to the situation, a regular duct cleaner's truck cannot reach my unit and the system installed by the developer was 'unique' to say the least. Joe and his assistant were awesome! They managed to figure out a way to work with the situation and gave the system a much needed cleaning. Thank you Joe! I already have one person interested in a referral.

Service person, Wil, was friendly and professional. Also offered some good advice on HVAC system maintenance. I've heard some duct cleaning services are scams but these guys are legit. Reasonably priced, too.

I felt very comfortable with my selection of Dial One for duct cleaning. I had used another company before but in talking with Joe I felt he was very knowledgeable, had a lot of experience and answered all my questions. The job itself was done very well by Wil. He was on time, patiently explained to me the process, and showed me areas that the previous company missed. We were able to see the ducts being cleaned by camera and to be frank it was good to see but sad to know there was that much build up of dust, debris etc. over the years. I'll definitely choose Dial One again and have already recommended them to my neighbors + friends.

At that point when they were absolutely sick of the residential market..I stepped in a bought all 7 trucks,sold 5 and started my journey as a small business owner(a true 10 years ago). You'll find most companies within the city have no real experience and basically have bought a truck and went with it. To be a solid duct cleaner one needs more then a few years,few different companies,HVAC experience and a lot of heart and relentless drive to maintain top service levels .Also they need the best possible staff..My longevity has been a lot of me the first several years,but truly now..Its my guys Wil(4.5 years experience),josh(16 years),rob(20 years) plus all our help staff..These guys are awesome!They make dial-one.. Dial One Duct Cleaning did a very good job.The company reponded to my request for a quote the same day. The price seemed very reasonable compared to other legitimate duct cleaning businesses. Their employee showed up early to prepare, so that he would be ready to go at the time of the appointment. He was professional and polite. He was thorough and efficient. I recommend using this company.

Joe was very helpful on the phone, answered all my questions and gave me a great price for duct cleaning. This is our first home and so we are not very knowledgeable about duct cleaning but we can tell after speaking to so many different companies, who we wanted to go with. Joe made things easily to understand, didn't try to sell me on numerous credentials, or how terrible other companies are. What he said made sense and his price was good. Wil came on time, explained the process, set up camera for us to see what was happening, offered suggestions on other things to be aware of (really appreciated that!), and went to work. I could smell the scent of the solution used for the duct cleaning afterwards! We highly recommend this company. Wil made our first experience with duct cleaning enjoyable.
