These guys were great! They came by to clean our ducts shortly after we purchased the house, and they were very knowledgeable and respectful of our house. They even found asbestos wrapping around our ducts, something our home inspector didn't even find the first time around. They cleaned everything very efficiently, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had not cleaned my duct system since 2004. We had recently completed some major interior renovations and afterwards found that the heating was not circulating properly throughout the house. I called Dialone and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable Josh, who not only allowed me to watch the process, but explained it too. He also pointed out some poor connections that were caused by my contractors and even remedied the issues by re-sealing my furnace and some duct work. Service was done back in June 29 2012 after my house renovation was completed and prior to moving in. Never had the chance and forgot to write one until using HomeStars to find someone to fix my parent's furnace. I contacted a few duct cleaning companies and although Dial One wasn't the cheapest quote of the few, but they were responding the most promptly and was able to make it out the fastest. Wil (the person who came to do the duct cleaning) was very friendly and courteous. He took off his shoes everytime he enters the house since we just finished cleaning the floors after the renovation. Wil took the time to explain to me how the duct cleaning process works and also gave me some advice on how to reduce my gas/hydro bill by telling me where the ducts might be leaking cold air (summer) or hot air (winter) so I can use vent tape to seal the leak. During his job, my sofa was on delivery as well, and I was busy handling multiple things, but Wil was patient enough to let me finish handling the delivery before having me sign the paperwork. Wil got my trust and I will definitely have him clean my duct again. Money worth spending.

They are honest hardworking people who did a great job cleaning our ducts and even helped move our furniture out of the way. The gentleman who visited spoke of his boss (the owner) positively and this showed me that they are a good company. The worker was neat and took his time to do the job properly and cleaned up thoroughly after. He also provided free dryer vent cleaning and gave us many tips on how to keep our ducts clean and about fire prevention.
