I just wanted to thank Dial One for the excellent service to my home. Great customer service he arrived on-time and did a professional job, keeping me informed about everything they were doing. The thank you card with the Tim Horton’s card, I liked.

I had my ducts cleaned by Dial One three weeks ago. Will arrived ontime, Will answered all my concerns i had professionally before he started the job. He aske me to follow him around to see exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with the job when he finished. The price was exactly as quoted. The simple facts are that I needed my air ducts cleaned, as I haven't had them done in about 9 years, so I researched on the NADCA website and narrowed it down to Dial 1 and another company with great reviews. I called both and when I spoke to Joe he was knowledgeable and simple to understand and when he quoted me a price there were no added fees, like the other company. Which I loved!! I found the other company's rep difficult to understand and there were a lot of added on prices. Joe had time the following week and accommodated my schedule. When the day came, Wil was running a little behind so before my scheduled time, he called me to inform me and then was at my home in 30 mins. He was very professional and explained to me everything he was going to do before he started. He was very approachable when I had questions and I felt comfortable with him being in my home. I never felt he was rushing to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself when the job was complete and he informed me of the condition of the vents. He even helped me take out a neighbourhood cat that decided to come in and see what all the noise was about :) I felt the difference in air quality the following morning as my kids didn't wake up with stuffy noses or sneezing. Thank you Dial 1 for a great job. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends. See you in a few years. Also, the surprise of the Tim's card was a nice added touch!!

I called Joe to inquire about his services. He was very professional and knowledgeable, advising me about what is included in the cost. There were no hidden fees and everything was included. Some companies charge extra for additional vents, bacterial cleaning, etc. Not with Dial One. Joe includes everything in his cost, which was a competitive price to other companies (if not cheaper!). Joe made time for me and within two days one of his workers, Wil, was at my door. Wil showed up 2 hours early! (which was fine by me, I was home anyways). Wil ran through everything with me, giving me step-by-step instructions as to what he will be doing. He was VERY informative and was not bothered when I asked questions. He took his time and didn't rush the job. Wil is the exact professional you want working on your house! Very pleased customer and will be referring friends/neighbours! Thanks for the great work!

Excellent customer service, from the moment I got in touch with them. Will ran through the whole process with me, explained the why, the what, the when of the duct cleaning process. Can't think of 1 reason I wouldn't use them again or refer them to someone else.

I just want to express how pleased I was with Dial One's customer service. I did some research before finally deciding that Dial One was the company that I wanted to use for our duct cleaning. When I first contacted Dial One, Joe got back to me right away and we were able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later, at my convenience when I had a day. Dial One does not a have limits on the number of vents, does not have any add on prices. Its is one price, all inclusive. Joe came to the house alone. He was very efficient, very clean and explained the process along the way. Joe went the extra mile for sure. He even changed my furnace filter and while he was outside doing the dryer vent he fixed something out there, and when he came in he noticed a puddle of water in front of my washing machine so he pulled them out and went behind and reconnected it properly for me. All above and beyond. My regret is that he did not have a lawn sign for me to put out to help advertise for Dial One. I asked for some business cards and my neighbour was over the that night stating she wanted to use them and so did her mother. This was no fly by night operation. Joe was at the house approx 4 hours doing the duct work. I would recommend Dial One Duct Cleaning to anyone, without hesitation!

We had Dial One clean the ducts in our current home and since we have purchased a new one, wanted to get the ducts cleaned before moving in. Originally booked them for a Saturday but then realized there was going to be overlap with other deliveries so I called and asked to move the appointment to Friday – which happened to be a holiday (Good Friday), and Joe, the owner, was very gracious in accommodating our request. Wil came over and he explained what needed to be done. He spent over 1.5 hrs at the house and showed us some of the stuff he was doing. The filter the builder had put in was overflowing with dust, absolutely disgusting and he also showed us the access point the previous company used for cleaning the ducts was way too small to be able to properly clean. He told us the ducts were not too bad, but there was a lot of fine dust which we expected with a new build plus we had some other renovations done. The next day, after the job, we felt an immediate improvement – no more of the stuffy nose/headache. I also liked the fact that they charged a flat price and none of that ‘per vent’ gimmick.

Agin, just wanted to state; it was a superb effort, and we were impressed. Almost every-time the heat comes on, I think about how nice it was. I would recommend their service, definitely.

Well, it had been twenty years since the ducts in the house were installed; and not once were they cleaned. The company came, one person, one truck; one large hose into the furnace. The service person, Wil, made what I thought to be a great advance in the house's stability; as I was very surprised to see just how much dust came out into the vacuum, Wil was very kind to give a show of what he was doing. The laundry dryer was also cleaned, and, oh' my, there was a clog; when it came out, really, the amount, a full shovel! Wil told me that this is the number one reason for house fires in North America, and that it smart everything was taken care of. We were also advised as to how to maintain the system ourselves, small notes such as to which way the air filter insert should be placed in the system, and which vents to open and close if we wanted more or less heat in other parts of the house. Any-way', the heating system runs so much smoother, everything was cleaned, everything; the turbine even, no more squeak. I feel much safer now.
