    duct cleaning Talked to Joe on the phone about the process. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Booked the service. Will came out to do the work. He arrived on time. He was very thorough and explained as he worked cleaning out years of debris from former pet owners. Even gave me advice about furnace settings and humidifier. Thanks for the great service.

    Duct Cleaning I had heard about "Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning" from somebody and I decided to call them. I booked an appointment, but unfortunately had to reschedule. Joe was happy to change it to any other date and accomodate me in any way. The guys came on time, did exeptional work, and I would recomend them to anyone. Furthermore, I was looking to change my furnace filter which is not a standard one you can buy in any hardwood store and Joe was there to help and suggest! Way to go!

    Duct Cleaning I've had Joe's Dial One company cleaning my ducts for the last 3 years.Hes a top notch man to deal with in my books.Very easy to talk to,informative and stands by hes work and quote.Will and Josh are both good tech's,show up on time (and sometimes earlier to set up).They walk you through what they are going to do,very well spoken.They took the time to insure there equipment would not make a mess on my carpet.They also had numerous advice on reducing my heating cost and maximizing my performance of my system. I would definitely recommend them to everyone i know

    Duct Cleaning Review

    DB, Mississauga

    Duct Cleaning - Truck mounted equipment in place of truck operated one.

    - Didn't plug all the vents with tape while running the suction. I didn't realise that until later when looked at the invoice on work supposed to be done.

    - 1 hour late, but did call to let me know at the time when supposed to be there.

    - Wasn't able to properly clean the blower fan apparantly due to old sticking grease.

    “DB, we thank you for the review.Although i can assure you during the process all vents were sealed except one.As for truck mount and truck powered my duct cleaning machines are clearly displayed on my pictures on my homstars profile.I have 2 truck powered units and one truck mounted diesel unit that i can assure you is the same,power wise. Duct cleaning is the type of process where one house can take 2 hours and the next may take up to 4 hours.My techs and myself will always call ahead of time if this may arise.Sorry for the delay. As for the fan DB,ive made about 20 calls to you with no response.This review is the first im hearing of these issues.In the future should you have concerns about work you've PAID for, call the company and voice your concerns and questions so the contractor has a chance to satisfy you.We have no issues coming to your home and fixing any concerns..WE WORK FOR YOU and value YOU..CALL.. anytime DB thx Joe”

    Dial One was great...

    Duct Cleaning Recently moved into a new home and was searching for someone to clean my ducts, came across this company and contacted them. Dealt with Joe to set things up, Joe is very nice and his price was great. They showed up on time and Wil walked me through what they were going to do and he did an excellent job in cleaning the ducts, he makes sure everwhere gets cleaned real good. Honest guys, thank you.

    Duct cleaning server Initially spoke to Joe, he seemed like a good guy. The rates were good came on time, professional. Took their time. Did all the ducts and registers as promised. I would definitely recommend.

    Very pleased with professionalism and quality

    Duct Cleaning Compared to my prior experience with duct cleaning the recent work by Joe stands out. His did a thorough job with attention to detail, taking time to explain aspects of the job. You will not be disappointed he does a comprehensive job for one simple price - i.e. clean the furnace, filters, a/c coil, etc. He also has the right equipment for the job - large truck with powerful equipment. He has earned repeat business at our household.
