I rarely write reviews and am quite difficult to impress (not to mention my general displeasure with contractors and salesmen due to negative experiences in the past...) However, I would like to share my positive experience dealing with Delta Air Systems. My family recently moved into a home which had a 25 year old furnace. We wanted to have a new Lennox furnace installed (in our opinion, one of the best in the industry). We contacted Delta Air Systems and setup an appointment. Charles came promptly to our home as scheduled and provided excellent information about all our options, as well as the government grants available to us, all while not being pushy, and trying to up-sell us into something more expensive than what we needed. The price was fair, and we setup a day for installation. Again, the Delta Air team came on time, and installed our new furnace efficiently, and cleaned up after they left. They were very courteous as well, which I can't always say about all contractors. Delta submitted all of the paperwork on our behalf so we could maximize our product refunds and government grants (many of which we didn't even know about). Charles has followed up a few times after the work had been completed to ensure everything was running well, and to make sure we were completely satisfied. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend Delta Air Systems to anyone looking to install a new furnace! Also, our furnace has been extremely quiet and runs beautifully!Thanks Charles and Delta for a great experience!

After 'Interviewing' 5 other local companies and getting quotes, Delta (Scott and installation crew) were by far the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I made the right choice and got the best deal...nothing but positive things to say about this experience. My house is almost too comfortable now!! Thanks guys!

We recently replaced our old furnace and air conditioner with high efficiency units from Delta Air and were very impressed. Scott who was our salesperson, was very knowledgeable. The installers were courteous, on time and performed an excellent job. They clearly explained the operation of the new units and cleaned up the work area when the job was completed. I highly recommend Delta Air.

I recently had my old 1986 furnace replaced with a 96.6% high efficiency model. Delta did a great job assisting me with all the incentives available for upgrading my Furnace. The installers, Dale and Steve did a fantastic job and made me feel good about my purchase. My house is more comfortable and I know I am saving money on efficiency.

We bought a new furnace and air conditioner from Delta and were very impressed with all aspects of the experience. The salesman Scott was very knowledgeable and a lot more honest than another company that we had dealt with. The installers were fast, courteous and performed an excellent job. They clearly explained the operation of the new units and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. I highly recommend this organization.

When the work was performed, the installers were very professional and helpful when it came to explaining how the new systems worked, etc.) We appreciate the time spent to ensure we'll have years of worry free heating and cooling in our house! After our furnace inspection we were advised we had a cracked Heat Exchanger. Less then a week later we were given a quote for a new furnance and it was installed within 2 days. Our salesperson Scott, was friendly fast and explained everything in layman's terms. Scott dropped by during the installation and again a few days later to make sure everything was working as we expected. The installers were friendly, and made sure to do everything right, including laying cloth down on our steps. They installed our new digital thermostat and took the time to set it and explain everything to us. We would highly recommend Delta Air for your Furnance and Air Conditioning needs and suggest you ask for Scott for a quote. thanks again for great service.
